"Desk clerk sour but room was large clean & very nice bathroom!"

"Great staff, especially Jeff and Keisha in the dining room. Impressive breakfast with china, silverware, real napkins and good coffee (many hotel chains serve such watery coffee that it's not even worth drinking). Nice firm bed - such a relief for my back! Only issue was no hot water in the bathroom the last night I was there but it wasn't a big deal. One minor suggestion - the barn door in my room was designed so that when it was fully closed, the recessed handle on the inside was entirely covered by the wall. Not easy to get the door open from the inside of the bathroom when that happens! fortunately i noticed this before i used the bathroom and stuck a towel in the doorway so the door could never close all the way. Just a word of warning to your architect that this detail can create panic if someone gets trapped in the bathroom."
