### Uptown Bama House - Walk to the stadium & downtown!

Welcome to Uptown Bama House!  
  
This adorable house is located just 1 mile from Bryant Denny Stadium and the rest of campus! The property has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 adults plus children. Right as you walk in to the home the living room is open and has ample seating for everyone in your group. Take a seat and play board games or snuggle up and watch a movie! The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishwater, and utensils so you can create a home cooked meal. Then, you and your group can sit around the dining room table and enjoy! There is also a coffee starter pack included in the kitchen to keep the whole group caffeinated!  
  
The first bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 Single beds. The next bedroom has a King bed. The bathroom for these rooms are located in the hallway and has a walk-in shower. The final bedroom on the first floor has a King bed and an attached half bathroom. Upstairs there is 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin XL bed, and futon that can be turned into a single bed. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower.  
  
Out back there is a covered patio area with a grill, seating, fire pit, and cornhole. In the area there is a nice walking trail right down the road, 2 churches, a church coffee shop, and more! The Community of Forest Lake is very quaint, and full of geese and ducks.   
  
Highchair & pack-n-play available & set up upon request, for a one time fee of $25.  
  
We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.\*  
  
\*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.\*  
  
\*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.\*  
  
\*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.\*   
  
\*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.\*  
  
\*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.\*  
  
\*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.\*

#### VRBO December Graduation

Overall, we enjoyed our stay on the property. We rented the property to celebrate my daughter's December graduation. This was my first experience renting a VRBO property, and I had a very positive experience. The rental team was very responsive to my questions. We had 10 total guests. The property was able to provide adequate accommodations for everyone. We had eight people sleeping on the first floor and two sleeping on the second floor. Having four bathrooms (with showers) was the biggest selling point for me. The property was clean and well-stocked with towels, kitchen appliances, and eating utensils. The dining room was cozy but large enough to accommodate our entire group for breakfast. I enjoyed the location, but I would disagree with it being within walking distance to the stadium and downtown. The location is quiet with minimal traffic. There is a church across the street and a school (with playground) next door. This property is located south of 15th Street. This is a difficult street to cross for pedestrians. Regardless, I did not rent this property to be close to campus, so I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.If given the chance, I would rent this property again for a graduation ceremony. However, if you are going to watch a football game and wanted to walk to the stadium and around campus, I would recommend something north of 15th Street.

#### Cute and comfortable house, very well-appointed for a enjoyable visit!

We were three sets of Bama parents in town for football and birthday celebrations. The interior was perfect for all of us: beds were all comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, LR was a great size, location was easy to access, and a church lot provided extra parking. The grill, fire “pit,” and exterior space were appreciated, too. Any communications w mgmt were prompt and courteous. Overall, the home was well represented and a great choice for our group.

#### Wonderful house!

A group of 7 of us were in town for a fundraiser and stayed at this amazing property for the weekend. The house was outfitted with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and had more than enough room for us. The beds were comfortable, and all of the appliances worked great. We also briefly enjoyed the outdoor space which would come in handy for a fun football game weekend. We originally had 10 people coming and this house would have fit all of us easily. I will keep my eye on this one ahead of time for future football weekends!

Nice house, lots of bedrooms, very comfy bed...we only used one bedroom. Location was good for our needs. Kitchen has everything you would need and there are nice touches like coffee, snacks, tissue etc. The only drawback was cleanliness. Floors were not clean. Linens for other bathrooms were left in dryer and we folded them. Didnt need them for our stay. Management was very responsive and helpful.

#### Great Gameday Location!!

This was a great stay! The house was clean and stocked and the host, Kim, was the most attentive I have ever had. She wanted to be sure everything was going well and checked in often to see if we needed anything. This is also a great Gameday location being very close to campus. Highly recommend. Roll Tide!

We came in for the game and to celebrate a big 40th birthday. Our party consisted of adults in their late 60s through children as young as 3\. We had 11 people total. An Uber before the game only cost 8 dollars from this location (after the game was much more- about $40); however, many of our group walked back. The walk is easy and takes about 25 minutes even with kiddos. The house is great for large groups! All beds were comfortable. Upstairs was very cozy. No bath tubs for little ones, but that was not a big deal for the length of our stay. Foosball (pictures on vrbo) was broken behind the outside porch, but everything else outside was great! Lots of seating, string lights, corn hole, even the propane fire table worked great! We would certainly come back again. It gets 5 stars from us.

#### Golfer girls enjoyed Bama house!!!

We had 5 ladies playing in a golf tournament and we each had our own bedroom, which was great. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Would definitely stay again if we're in Tuscaloosa.

#### Perfect for Tide Fans

We had 8 adults (4 couples) going to the Saturday football game. Straight forward walk to stadium. Nice neighborhood. Everyone was very pleased with the home. The bathrooms could use some love but we honestly didn't care.
