Welcome to The Tusk! This brand new Game Day listing is perfectly located 0.9 mi to Bryant Denny Stadium, a few blocks walk to all the downtown restaurants and bars. Totally gutted and renovated with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 living areas with large screen smart TV’s, 2 fully equipped kitchens and more! Enjoy the front porch facing Bryant Drive with outdoor table for 6, outdoor sofas and chairs and a large tv or the outdoor patio with Adirondack chairs, fire pit and outdoor table. Gas grills for the porch area and the fire pit area. Owners have thought of everything to ensure you come back year after year! The Bedrooms & Bathrooms: This home can sleep up to 10 adults - plus children for up to 12 people! The bedrooms have plenty of space to charge your devices, and all have smart TVs. Bedroom 1: King with en-suite private bath. Optional Twin Rollaway Bedroom 2: King with access to hallway bath. Optional Twin Rollaway Bedroom 3: King with en-suite private bath. Bedroom 4: Two Queen Beds with access to hallway bath. The Living Space: There is a fully equipped kitchen on each side of the home, seating for 12, and comfortable furnishings.
