This amazing corner unit in the gated Houndstooth community is just a short walk to Bryant Denny Stadium, Coleman Coliseum and The University of Alabama Campus. We are also located across the street from Central High School. Newly renovated, this spacious 2 bedroom/2-bathroom condo includes all the amenities you need for your stay! Sleeping up to 7 comfortably, Relax and Roll will be your perfect home away from home while in Tuscaloosa. Greeted by a spacious living room and kitchen, you are sure to feel at home and ready to relax in front of the 65-inch TV or enjoying the amenities found throughout the condo. The living room is equipped with a pull-out queen sofa with memory foam mattress. Kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare game day snacks or an entire meal including spices, cooking spray, olive oil, coffee and coffee maker (traditional drip and pods). Laundry Room with full size washer and dryer (ironing board and steamer) is located just off the kitchen. The master has a king bed, private full bathroom with shower/tub combo, sound machine, fan, 50-inch smart tv, ceiling fan, walk in closet, as well as a 6-inch memory foam XL twin sleeping mattress for an extra guest. The second bedroom includes a king size bed, access to bathroom with shower/tub combo, 50-inch Smart TV, sound machine, ceiling fan, make up vanity, and walk in closet. For your safety, the gated property has cameras around the complex's exterior and in the building halls leading to the Unit. One Ring camera will be on the front door, facing the unit's exterior.
