Welcome to Oak - Apartment 2! This adorable apartment is located just 1 mile from Bryant Denny Stadium and walkable to Downtown Tuscaloosa! The apartment has 1 king bed, a pull out sofa bed (queen size), 1 full bath with a tub shower, and holds up to 3 guests. In the living room you can relax and watch tv or play board games with friends! The kitchen has all electric appliances and plenty of kitchen supplies, including a Keurig single cup coffee maker with starter supplies! There is also a nice private balcony you can relax on while enjoying your cup of coffee in the morning. The private bedroom comes equipped with a tv and sound machine. There is also a shared fire pit area, seating, and patio area for guests. \- There is NO washer/dryer in the unit. \*Please be aware, the backyard is a shared space with the neighboring Pecan and Magnolia houses. We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions! \*Please Read Prior to Booking: \*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees.
