Scenic River Views and Trail! Welcome to Land of Oz! This condo is about 1 mile north of Bryant Denny Stadium (20 minutes walking)! Land of Oz is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo that can sleep up to 6 guests! The condo has stunning views of the Black Warrior River that can be enjoyed on the outdoor patio! The kitchen overlooks the living room and there are 4 barstools at the counter to enjoy breakfast! The kitchen has all the equipment you may need to create a delicious meal or game day appetizers! The main living area has plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy! You can spend time on the gorgeous patio that overlooks the river. Outside there is comfy seating and a dining table, along with a gas grill and propane fire-pit table and TV! The first bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom with a double vanity sink and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a King bed with an attached bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The final bedroom has a Queen bed. All three bedrooms have their own TV. There is a highchair & pack-n-play available and stored within the unit. Located in the desirable Riverwalk Complex in Tuscaloosa, this property offers convenient access to a variety of restaurants, boutique shopping, and local attractions. Enjoy stunning views of the scenic Tuscaloosa Riverwalk and Black Warrior River, which features a meandering walking trail, a family-friendly playground, a relaxing pavilion, and easy walking access to the popular Tuscaloosa RiverMarket. Perfect for travelers or families looking to stay near the riverfront, dining, and entertainment in Tuscaloosa. If you have a larger group, consider also booking River Mark located in the same building, one floor up! Parking: Please note that this unit only has 1 designated parking pass. Each bedroom had its own restroom and the powder room down a hallway offered something you usually don't get it rentals. All updated appliances, decor etc. Truly lovely. The area is safe, I walked alone every morning. The location is great for game day, you could walk if you were wearing comfortable shoes. The property is as advertised. Riverwalk is right outside your door along the Black Warrior River, which was really nice. Everyone in our group, loved breakfast @ the Broken Egg in the same complex. Convenient location for walking, too football stadium, but only if its not 90 degrees. Easy enough, we took uber to the game, but did walk back to the house at night. ##### Jodi R. Location on meandering river was picturesque. Riverwalk right outside the door. Owner responded quickly at all times. We were worried about it being pet friendly because of allergies but it was so well cleaned we didn't have any issues. There are also two restaurants on site. Great place, only negative is that you will hear the people above you. You will hear the vehicles on the road, especially on the balcony and you will sometimes hear the people traveling the riverwalk. ##### Scott K. Very peaceful and relaxing. Seeing the boats come through was such a treat. The crickets and frogs at night reminded me of my hometown. This place had everything we needed and more. My family and I loved many things about the Land of Oz. This Condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and fully stocked. I can not say enough about how fully stocked this Condo was. The Hosting management company provided plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet tissue, and garbage bags for our 4-night stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, silverware, cups, glasses, and baking ware. There was just about every small appliance you would possibly need. Tools were provided in case we decided to grill on the patio. What was incredibly nice was a highchair, and a step stool for our grandbabies was already in the unit. The Condo represented Alabama well in very subtle ways, from the color of the dishes and coffee cups to some pictures on the wall. I can not say enough about the view from the outside covered patio; that was serene, comfortable, and VERY spacious. We sat out there a lot. There are televisions in every bedroom, including the outdoor patio, with service provided through Xfinity. The Xfinity service allowed us to watch live TV without worrying about streaming from our devices or logging on to our streaming services, although that was an option also. The location was absolutely excellent and centrally located. This location is right above Another Broken Egg and the River. There is also a nail salon below the unit and a boutique and exercise business. It is right on the Riverwalk walking trail with a small playground for toddlers and seconds from being on the University of Alabama Campus, and minutes to the stadium. Additionally, there is an instruction book in the unit that explains everything you need to know about your stay in the unit. We hated to leave! I highly recommend this unit. Lastly, I can not say enough about the effective communication of the host. Effective communication is essential to ensure your needs will be met before, during, and after your stay. They are very responsive and have the best customer service ever! ##### Tina O.
