« Excellent location, close to Durango (10-15 minutes), but far enough out of the city. Wonderful access to hiking trails on property. Had everything we needed and more. Easy to communicate with host. The only downfall were the mice living with us. It didn't bother us too much since the host had this disclaimer, but they did get into our food and left droppings everywhere. »

« The house was very modern and pleasant. My family enjoyed the location, amenities and it was very clean. Great location within walking distance to the river walking trail, a brewery, a coffee shop and other eateries. Lots of space for the whole family and our pets with a great living room and dinning room with fantastic views. Lots of games, books and entertainment! The well equipped kitchen made a great environment to cook in. The bedrooms were a nice size and the beds are very comfortable....

« This was my third time staying at Holly’s s place. It was the perfect size for us. The location was great for walking into town which we did quite a bit. The Animas River is located a street away. We loved sitting on the porch watching the city deer hang out in the yard. Holly’s place had everything we needed and she was very responsive. »
