Friendly staff, super clean, good onsite restaurant, easy walk to the beach and if you prefer to take the shuttle, never a long wait. Comfortable loungers with umbrellas on the beach. The only improvements I can suggest is better communication with their driver for airport pick ups (driver was great, but there was some miscommunication from the hotel so had to wait awhile to be picked up) & would love if they had filtered water stations so guests could fill up own water bottles to help cut down on plastic waste. I read online that you can drink the water in Turks, but two employees said locals don't, so we went with bottled water. Housekeeping and staff and overall property are great will suggest it foe sure!!" My only critique would be the pool was very cold (but we were visiting in December so maybe it warms up at other times of the year). We’d definitely visit again if we’re ever back in TCI!"
