They have a good staff at this property. It has a nice pool, beach area with a National Park snorkeling reef to the left side of the beach. The General manager Annette is very involved and works very hard. Every day she walks the property and speaks to the guests. She definitely is a great team leader. Once the new building is finished on the right side everything will be cleaned up and more resort like in a few months. Ruth, Nikola and the Front Desk Staff are very helpful and excellent. The Restaurant Staff at the Dune Restaurant nest to the pool are hard workers add cater to the guests. The bartenders there are excellent. Both morning, one and the afternoon gentlemen.

It’s quite a dated premises. Our room was not cleaned on several occasions. When raised this with the GM she said she’d issue a resort credit. This ‘credit’ was added to our bill in error!! What a mess. The butler forgot to call our taxi to the airport for our return flight. Basic stuff missed. Great beach! But silly irritants that could have been avoided. For what was supposed to be relaxing… it was quite a stressful stay, sadly.
