Agiata, i appreciate your review and rating. The culinary comments are disappointing to read as we have received a number of very positive comments lately. However, the chef and I have been working on a totally new menu that we hope to launch in the next week or so. We will have many new items such as guacamole deviled eggs topped with conch bits and finished with bacon dust, seafood pot pie, ravioli lasagna, parmesan roasted cauliflower and my favorite, sugar free coconut cream pie.. Perhaps you will give us another try and sample these items. I thank you for your business and look forward to seeing you again; please look me up when you are here.

Luis, I am very disappointed to see this 1 star review with no comments to guide us on where we need improvement. To try to be better informed, I asked for copies of your folio and the notes entered by staff. We provide our General Manager's name and cell phone number at check in to all arriving guests, but she did not show receiving any calls and our Rooms Division Manager reported she knew of no complaint's or negative comments during your stay and the only front desk agent note recorded was you had asked for a late checkout and an extra 30 minutes was extended as the suite had an incoming guest arrival. It was also reported that you refused to sign for your incidental charges and said you wanted to review them once you were back home; but our policy calls for these charges to be settled while the guest is here on island so any error can be dealt with immediately. I have sent you an email asking for particulars so management can review them and take appropriate actions to prevent a reoccurrence. All that said, we do appreciate you having selected Windsong and hope you might favour us with a return visit so we can work on improving your opinion of us.

Our maintenance department unbolted and removed the toilet upon your departure, found the source of the problem and finally corrected it once and for all.. Beth, I am disappointed we did not perform to your expectations. I am concerned about your comment on room size as 90% of the resort is comprised of suite accommodations, so I looked back 6 months but was not able to see a booking under your name. We do enjoy having the islands newest restaurant, Marine Blue, as well as the Indigo, Drift and Somewhere Cafe and Beach Bar all within a 5 minutes walk. Our spa is managed by Spa Tropique, the number 1 rated spa operation on the island, but that said, I will personally look into your comments. Our Dune, beachside venue, and JoJos Cafe poolside do have the same menu for breakfast and lunch but provide substantially different dinner menus. The menus at both venues are currently under revision to provide even more distinct offerings. I do hope you will favor us with a return visit so we can have the opportunity to work on improving your opinion of us.
