This was a great stay. The suite was larger than we expected! Nice and quiet private beach with chairs always available. Only issue we had was not the greatest food choices from the two restaurants. Also things shut off early and 24 hour room service for example is not available. We also found a cockroach in our salad we ordered pool side one day. Not saying it’s the norm but a little bit more carefulness goes a long way. Otherwise would recommend this resort.

We had been to this property before and had a great experience. Unfortunately, this time was not the case. It appeared like they changed management or reduced the services or staff.

Just ok. Distant from restaurants and shopping. Breakfast non imaginative (except steamed vegetables?). Pastries not replenished when ran out. Broken tiles in room. Towels like sandpaper. Were treated better by staff when we went to WYMARA next door or Ritz Carlton (attentive/smiles). Check out at 1100 when all flights leave mid afternoon-couldn’t give us an hour more when paying so much.

Essentially this hotel was an epic fail for us. We reserved an “ocean view studio” for my birthday trip and instead were given a small block room with a view of a wall and the top of a palm tree….and this was after weeks of direct communication with the resort about how special this trip was and arranging dinner reservations, massages, etc. It felt like a concrete cell with beach decor. Thankfully we rented a car, because there is absolutely nothing to do aside from the beach and pool….and the staff had no suggestions besides the over priced excursions. Additionally, the location on west Grace Bay puts you by absolutely nothing…..save yourself a lot of car time by staying mid beach or the east end. The restaurant was fair for dinner but priced like the surrounding upscale ones. And while a full breakfast is included, it was the exact same offering every single day. The property itself is clean and nicely laid out, really only lacking some covered seating areas for rain days. Housekeeping for our room however was a joke. One day they didn’t come at all (but said they did) and the remaining days in the late afternoon….and we must have been last of the day as we only ever had two towels after day one. Best suggestion….stay somewhere with more amenities and at least mid beach. This surely wasn’t the place for a “special” trip…..won’t return

It is always our goal to provide an exceptional experience for all of our guests. In regards to your room, there seems to have been a misunderstanding as we do not offer Ocean View Studios. The room that you booked is a Garden View Studio, I have also reviewed the Expedia Web Site to make sure there is no misunderstanding in the room description or pictures which would indicate Ocean View. We always want to make sure that our partners have accurate information which it seems they did. Again, thank you for taking the time to write a review.

Good: The room was beautiful with views to the waters. Cleaning staff did a great job. The staff at the restaurant and beach bar were very polite. Food was also good. Bad: Water pressure was low, not a big deal. My main issue is the cost of drinks. Two drinks would cost 40 dollars American ( 48 Canadian ). I know Turks is expensive, but that limited our purchases.

We had a great week at West Bay The property, beach and staff were amazing While we would have preferred an additional dining location, the food was fresh and well prepared. Good wine options. Our favorite was the Friday nite beach BBQ dinner Highly recommend West Bay

We stayed at the west bay club in 2021 and had a fabulous time. My husband and I were so excited to return this year to celebrate his 50th birthday. We were really disappointed during our visit. The whole resort looked tired, both the rooms and the grounds. It was also not as clean as it used to be, with food on the floor of the breakfast area that had clearly been there since the night before. This was not what we were expecting for $1000 per night, especially after such a great visit in 2021.

This was the first time we visited TCI and West Bay Club was a great place for us. One of the best beaches on the island. The included breakfast was very good and having Wymara right next door was nice. We dined there as well.

We have stayed previously at the West bay Club and had a great experience so were happy to return with our family. What I like best about this resort is that it is on the smaller side and has a beautiful wide beach. The staff at West Bay Club are very attentive and friendly and go out of their way to ensure that you have a wonderful vacation. If you are looking for a peaceful stay away from crowded beaches this is the place for you!

Very intimate property.Love the small intimate feeling of been like at a small private club. Very charming extremely relaxing. Wish the pool was closer to the beach and had more sun. Very nice buffet breakfast included daily. Great staff and great service. Food quality was very good.

Very quiet with basic amenities and plenty of space on the beach. The beach/sand/water were just ok - if you’re looking for pristine white powdery sand and seaweed-free water go to the other side of Grace Bay. In-room Washer and dryer were convenient (except the dryer was rattling/noisy). The staff was kind and friendly.

beautiful view, but the rest requires attention
This property while clean and neat is clearly dated and the price does not reflect the services available. The pool is in the front of the hotel and you cannot see the sea at all from there. The same outdoor cafe style breakfast area is where lunch and dinner can be found. Not great ambiance for dinner. While there is a cafe outdoor style small bistro by the beach it too has no real atmosphere. Also food was ok but again not anywhere it should be for the fees charged adn the location. They really need to lobby owners to bring the facility up to date in all respects
