beautiful hotel, perfect location

Posted 14-Feb-2017
Pros: location, rooms, amenities, staff, beach, pool, need I go on????? Oh and also breakfast. Delicious
Cons: maybe an even more casual menu for the beach and deck. Our experience at Seven was not what we expected. Food just ok.
Location: We loved the location. Walked to other hotels for lunch and dinner. Did not need a cab (which are very expensive). Took nice bike rides, loved walkinc
This was our second trip to Seven Stars and the hotel is still as wonderful as we remembered. From moment we arrived at resort we were greeted with big smiles, delicious drinks and the feeling that we were in for another wonderful week. Little blip with our room but was taken care of right away. Beach is fantastic. We so enjoyed Lila our server on the beach. Always greeted us by name and a huge smile. Knew what we wanted daily and saw to it. Breakfast was delicious. Can not recommend this resort more

Great hotel on the beach!

We really enjoyed the Seven Stars Resort - great location, people, accommodations, beach, pool and amenities! We've never been to Turks & Caicos before, but will likely return to this Island and the Seven Stars Resort based on this experience!

Pure relaxation

This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The staff are absolutely excellent--they deliver top notch customer service in a friendly, unpretentious way. Our room was beautiful and very clean. We loved the beach. Every detail was perfect. Loved everything about this place!

Everything within walking distance

Posted 24-Jan-2017
I loved that everything was in close proximity to one another. We didn't have to walk far from the room to the restaurant to get breakfast. The pool, beach and even a local market are so close. There's even complimentary bikes for your leisure. All the staff was friendly and accommodating, we would definitely stay here again!!

50th Anniversary Celebration

Posted 22-Jan-2017
Pros: The staff and the atmosphere
Cons: Larger bath towels
Location: Perfect location with walking distance to shopping and restaurants!
On our arrival, we were treated with a relaxing atmosphere that set the tone for the entire week! The staff offered us washcloths that smelled like coconuts, a fruit punch to drink and offered us a seat on the sofa while we checked in. We were then escorted to our suite, which was beautiful. Now the entire week is a lovely memory which we will never forget, mainly because we stayed at Seven Stars where we were made to feel very special!

Only one complaint, great overall

Posted 19-Jan-2017
Turks is a beautiful island. I grew up on the Cape and have been to 4 islands in the Caribbean, Hawaii, Moorea, and Bora Bora and Grace Beach has by far the softest and cleanest (no seaweed or rocks to be seen) sand I have ever seen. The resort itself is also pristine. The staff are very friendly and provide the type of high-end service you would expect for staying at a top-tier resort. The Deck (the "on the water" restaurant) has a great atmosphere and should be visited at least once while staying there. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars for the review is that I went in January and we had 2 days of 30+ mph winds. You go to Turks for the water/sun in January or any time for that matter, and while the weather is NOT the resort's problem, they should have turned on the heat in the pool and heated it to at least 80 degrees, ideally 85 in that weather, in order to give the guests something somewhat comfortable to do. The pool was 70-75 degrees tops, which in that wind, isn't helpful - in short, it was very cold. No one was using the pool for the entire week for more than 5 minutes due to how cold the water was. When you are paying $800 per night, the ocean should not be noticeably warmer than the pool and the pool should be heated so that its comfortable and guests shouldn't have to ask.

Wonderful location, on beach. First class hotel.

Posted 18-Jan-2017
My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. Hotel had everything we needed in terms of perfect setting for beach, nice pool, spa and proximity to town. Food on the resort was excellent and hotel staff was friendly and helpful when asked. The hotel lacked any sort of night life which suited us and the hot tub near pool was on the small side and not always hot. These details however would not keep me from another visit!
