Great resort on beautiful Grace Bay

Posted 27-Aug-2015
There's not much to like about this resort, unless you are addicted to shopping. (There's just not a lot of shopping areas anywhere in Providenciales.) The beach was amazingly soft and white. Snorkeling was very good, though the amazing reef is somewhat west of this spot. We did see a large starfish, two stingrays a bit off the beach (not near swimming areas), and a conch. On shore, we saw pelicans, fewer seagulls than expected, and no flamingoes despite that being a national symbol. We took a snuba tour arranged by the concierge, that took us to the aforementioned reef. There, we saw a sea turtle, lobsters, puffer fish, and many other amazing fish. We also took the Snorkel & Conch tour arranged again through the concierge, and it too was amazing. We were surprised to learn the tour operators retrieved the conch instead of the tourists, but it was all good with a lively crew, good drinks, and another amazing reef and an island with iguanas. Back to the resort: There was nothing not to like. Free wifi on the beach and on the resort proper. Great food at The Deck (HIGHLY recommended). My wife praised the spa staff though she only got a manicure. We did not play tennis but that's an option as well. Free use of several water sports equipment: snorkels, masks and fins (we brought our own); life vests for those that need them; SUP boards for stand-up paddling; Hobie catamarans (my first time - mixed results but a load of fun). There may be more but we ran out of time.

Not bad

Very firm uncomfortable bed. Yoga instructor never showed up and staff did not care ( I was very disappointed, as this was a main reason I wanted to stay here). Concierge never returned my email or phone call prior to our stay.

Fabulous hotel with amazing views

Posted 10-Jul-2015
Pros: What impressed me the most, other than the fabulous views, was the cleanliness of the room. Every speck of grout and flooring was clean. Nearby reefs
Cons: Loved all of the services. The staff was more than accommodating.
Location: The nearby store was fully stocked with great meats, lunchmeat, fruits and necessities. The hotel provides bicycles with baskets for convenience.
We were pleasantly surprised on arriving to our room--it was spacious with an amazing kitchen complete with high-end cookware which made it great for preparing meals while reminiscing about our adventures of the day. A grocery store was conveniently just a block away. The room was immaculately clean with amazing views, and the outdoor terrace added to evening relaxation times. The breakfast buffet was a refreshing start to our day and the evening meals by the ocean were amazing. We took 2 different snorkeling excursions and were picked up from the hotel lobby. All of the staff made sure all of our needs were met including a speedy check-out to make our flight. Loved this hotel!

Pros: The view from our room was spectacular! The hotel was immaculate and the staff went out of their way to make sure you were taken care of.
Location: Just a short walk to the grocery store & Salt Mills Plaza - very convenient. Went on a full day boat tour & horseback riding on beach. Awesome!
We had a wonderful vacation at Seven Stars. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was wonderful and the rooms & grounds were beautiful. We were just a short walk to the grocery store & Salt Mills Plaza which was convenient. We went on an all day boat excursion with Island Vibes & they were great. It was a lot of fun. We went horseback riding on Grace Bay Beach with Caicos Corral. I loved it!
