JASMINE VILLA is 1400 square feet and is located on the second floor and has a very large oversized furnished verandah located at Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (formerly Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas).

Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (formerly Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas) has held the # 1 Spot on Trip Advisor for many years thanks to our unique beautiful villas, friendly staff, idyllic location and unparalleled service. We provide 5 Star service, for a fraction of the cost!

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a private bathroom.

There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with an ice-maker and a spacious living room with two sofa sleepers that open into extra beds. . There is a sun deck overlooking the pool area. Central air conditioning, unlimited wireless internet access, local calls and daily fresh towels, trash removal with midweek full cleaning service is provided at no extra charge.

Jasmine Villa is located amongst tropical landscaped gardens beside the centrally located swimming pool. There is beach access from the villa, which is just a few steps away to our private beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Our street is a "narrow" non-commercial sandy residential road. It is not a busy or thorough fare road and dead ends into a cul-de-sac. There are only 7 other residential houses on it. You might not see more than 10-15 other cars travel on it in a one day period. You would cross the narrow road to go "through our own direct beachfront property". An exclusive patio stone walkway and path has been built for you to walk along that takes you through our properties lush Caribbean vegetation. The walk along this pathway is a short leisurely 150 feet and leads you directly to our beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean. Once you arrive, you will find sun loungers, chairs and tables overlooking the beach and ocean for you to use as you please. Since the living room in Jasmine Villa has 2 sofa sleepers that can be opened and become extra beds, the villa can in fact sleep up to 8 people.

We had a FANTASTIC time!! The location was great, lovely beach access and the house was perfect for our group. If one needs 3 separate bedrooms this is just 2 bedrooms and a living space (which sleeps 4). Would highly recommend getting a car. Explored the beaches: Taylor, Sapodilla and Long Bay. All beautiful!! We went snorkeling with Island Vibes which was also excellent!! Favorite food stops: Coco Van ( rec fish tacos, macaroni and cheese balls and churros), Caicos Bakery, Bugaloos (can dine right on the sand). We heard the glass bottom kayaks were amazing and had signed up but got canceled due to the tides. Only recommendations would be for the villa to provide portable beach chairs to take to the other beaches but that’s it. We’d definitely come back!!

Lovely experience
The property is in a lovely setting and true to description just a quick walk to the beach. Our party felt like we were in a very good location to other beaches, shopping and grocery stores. We grocery shopped at IGA and could find everything we needed - be prepared as groceries are a bit higher than what they seem in states- however it wasn't like sticker shock. Had a great time with friends at this property.

Great Location!
This property is very near Smith’s reef where my family snorkeled with sea turtles and lots of other marine life. The private beach is beautiful with clear turquoise water and a long stretch of sandy beach. Luz, the concierge, was absolutely delightful and takes great pride in the property! Property is exactly as pictured. The outdoor space looks out over lush greenery. I would have enjoyed a fan on the patio to make the space more comfortable. Note that the washing machine is not IN the unit, but is located near the pool and shared by the other units. With the humidity so high on the island, we found that clothes did not dry fully on the clothesline. Luz did offer to put our clothes in her dryer, but we did not want to impose. Next time we know to bring more clothes so as not to rely on doing laundry. The beds were very comfortable, and the A/C worked very well. Overall, this is a great property, and we would absolutely stay here again! We are already looking at dates for a return trip!

Peaceful getaway
This is our second time at jasmine villa and everything was wonderful once again. The house manager Luz is a sweet woman who is super kind and helpful. The owners response to any questions we had was prompt and accommodating. The wrap around enclosed porch has dining and also chairs that allowed us to dine outside and relax for happy hour. It’s very spacious and clean. We rode the bikes to the hotels/shopping area, smith’s reef, and to the harbor. So fun and functional. Kids swam in the pool at night and grilled us dinner. We didn’t use the kayaks but was surprised how many there were available. We walked to dinner every night, walked to chartered fishing excursion, walked to scooter Bobs rental car to explore island a few days. The beach is private and pristine and a great reef for snorkeling is literally right in front of beach chairs. The beach is right across the street and is short pleasant walk on path. I want to go back now and I know we will again. Highly recommend!!!

Jasmine delivers as promised
Our first stay at this villa, and we had a wonderful week. Our party was 6, with 2 teens, who slept on the huge pull out sofas. Nice and close to the beach, one surprise was that there is a beautiful reef about 150 yards directly off shore. A real plus! The villa is clean, well maintained and spacious, the grounds are meticulously kept. This is a place to recommend and return to. Which we will. One request: Since we were here in summer, the gorgeous porch was practically unusable. If would be nice if there were a ceiling fan over the sitting area and another over the table. Thanks for a great week!

The Oasis at Jasmine Villa
Our stay at the Jasmine Villa was beyond our expectations. There are many complimentary reviews, but until you have the experience yourself, you are always unsure. We stayed in Jasmine Nov. 16th through the 23rd, right before Thanksgiving. Although it was probably a busier week than most, preceding Thanksgiving, the privacy and solitude did not disappoint. Chris and Sarah were very responsive to all of our questions leading up to our vacation. Our family of five, (parents, 19, 17, and 14 y.o) were impressed with everything the Jasmine Villa had to offer. All of our kids indicated it was the best vacation we have ever taken. The pictures online do not do the Villas justice. They are beautifully appointed, updated, and quite large. The screened in, wrap-around porch with sliding glass doors was by far the best feature. We drank our coffee and ate breakfast and lunch on the porch overlooking the beautifully manicured property every day. We opened the sliding glass doors every morning to enjoy the wonderful breeze. The air conditioning worked very well all throughout the unit. Luz and Ray are incredible and met all of our needs, in addition to the needs we didn't know we had. The daily cleaning with fresh towels was the perfect touch. Ray was also very helpful making reservations for activities and recommending restaurants. The pools and Beach were private and amazing. The beach is a short, easy walk. The ocean had rock free, fine sand. We found the restaurants in Turtle Cove the best on the island. No need to leave! The escape these Villas provided our family was unsurpassed. We can not wait to return again and again.

Our Best Stay on the Island
We loved this place SO much! Lynn checked us in and was right there to greet us when we arrived. The place was spotless and so much bigger than in the photos. We loved the large, well appointed kitchen that enabled us to cook up a big breakfast every morning and enjoy it on the screened in porch. It is not an ocean view but the palms and all of the wonderful birds singing made the morning so peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and it is very quiet as the road is a dead end. The beach was a very easy stroll across the street down a little path. Beach chairs and umbrellas gave us plenty of shade. The reef in front of the chairs is good but you have to swim out a bit to get to it. The water was so clear we could see sting rays gliding by. The TV is a smart TV so in the evenings we caught up on our cooking shows and some Netflix movies. Luce and Joe were very busy that week putting together around 12 new bikes (both adult and children’s with training wheels). They are super nice. New Kayaks also arrived. We used the old Kayaks and the launch spot from the villa is just perfect. You can stay in the channel and go down to the marina and scope out the Osprey in her nest. The pool is so clean and we spent a lot of time playing games down by the pool. So close to lots of good places to eat. Da Conch has music on Sunday at 1pm. Great grouper. Coco Bistro and Mango Reef and Las Brisas were our other fancier favorites. The best through was the grouper Reuben at SharkBites Easy to walk to Mango and Sharkbites. We can’t wait to come back!!!!
