"New property! The room was clean upon arrival ( I did not use housekeeping services). The hotel was also maintained very well during my stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed on the 2nd floor with a pool view. Security is present however, there is no real system checking guests so anyone can enter property and access elevators to rooms. As a solo traveler this is important to note as some rooms(like mine #256) face the street so passersby's are able to see which room you are entering. Outside of the property you have a lot of buildings under construction, with that being said I came out one morning to see a dead rat in the parking lot. The staff cleaned it up pretty quickly but I would not recommend walking the area. The beach shuttle was always available and I had no issue securing a beach chair and I went various times of the day(towels are also provided). I ate breakfast once and it was ok. The coffee shop baked items are hit or miss. My muffin had an egg shell (at least I hope that’s what it was) baked inside of it. Needless to say I ate in town. The hotel will arrange taxi services for you and the wait each time I used them was less than ten minutes."
