Functional apartment equipped with essential comforts, a few steps from the Valentino Park, the splendid castle and the Porta Nuova station. Located in the San Salvario area, in a modern building, the accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the Porta Nuova station and only 200m from the Marconi metro stop. We are in via Nizza, a long artery full of shops, bars and clubs that connects the outskirts with Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, from which you can easily explore the city center!

The 35 m2 accommodation for 3 people is located on the third floor of a building with a lift and the internal space is organised as follows:  
  
\- Hideaway KITCHENETTE equipped with an electric hob, dining table and chairs, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave oven and toaster;  
  
\- SLEEPING AREA consisting of a double bed, two single beds that join with a mattress that can be pulled out from the drawer under the bed to become a double bed, a wardrobe and Smart TV (50'')  
  
\- BATHROOM equipped with toilet, bidet, sink and raised shower cubicle.  
  
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, heating and A/C with 2 fan coils and manageable thermostat at the entrance, clothes horse, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.  
  
On the -1 floor of the building there is a coin-operated laundry (not included in the price).  
  
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

San Salvario is a historic central district of Turin, located between Porta Nuova station and Parco del Valentino. It is a part of the city that deserves to be known for its history, monuments, nineteenth-century buildings, curious collections and its multicultural character. Frequented by students and tourists for fun, the district is famous for being among the most dynamic and young, and offers a myriad of clubs and restaurants of all types. The area is very central, convenient for surface transport and the subway. The accommodation is located a short distance from pharmacies and supermarkets, as well as both Italian and ethnic restaurants. You can also enjoy a large market just 650m away, every day, except Sunday.  
  
The accommodation is centrally located, close to Porta Nuova station (10 minutes on foot) and Marconi metro (3 minutes on foot), in a strategic position that allows you to easily reach the main attractions of the city.  
  
How to reach the apartment:  
  
\- From Porta Nuova station: on foot (10 min) or with the M1 metro (1 stop) to the Marconi stop, 3 minutes on foot from the apartment;  
  
\- From Porta Susa station: M1 metro direction Bengasi and get off at the Marconi stop, 3 minutes on foot from the property;  
  
\- From Caselle airport: bus 268 to the Corso Bolzano 42 (Porta Susa) stop, then take the M1 metro direction Bengasi and get off at the Marconi stop, 3 minutes from the property, or take a taxi.  
  
The apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Paid parking nearby:  
  
\- Garage San Salvario, Via Saluzzo 22/A, 600m away  
  
\- Parcheggio Madama Cristina, Piazza Madama Cristina, 1km away  
  
\- Parking on the street on the blue lines (paid, unattended and not guaranteed).
