I would like to ask for my money back. I paid for 2 nights but after the first night we had to move to another hotel. Idea Hotel was extremely dirty, from lobby to the room. Bed and bed clothes were broken. A lot of noise from other rooms during the night. Terrible experience.

Basic hotel
The hotel is bit far from the city centre. I don't think It's in desirable place. But all stuff are nice, working hard. There is a big enough shopping centre 30min walk. Supermarket is right next to the hotel. The Breakfast was very nice.

We love idea hotel Torino Mirafiori. This is our second stay in 3 years and we will always stay here each time we visit relatives in Turin. The rooms are clean, comfy, quiet. The breakfast is lovely just so much choice and the staff excellent. There is no other hotel than this one for us.

Hotel rooms and common areas are in need of an update. It was too hot in the room but the climate control didn't work. I was told to open the window. Poor breakfast. Internet is not password protected.

We have used this hotel one to two times a year(3 nights per stay) for the last twelve years. there is a good choice for breakfast, just two points the bacon needs to be crispy(my preference) and use real milk and not UHT good coffee spoilt.

A mixed feeling review
To start with at check in the guy didn't seem too friendly but I can get over that long day etc it happens When I got to the room and went to the bathroom I found unwanted small hairs on what's supposed to be clean sanitary toilet towels seemed as though someone had used it just before us. I got over that too and used everything else and all was clean and good. The bed is very comfortable to sleep in and the covers were so cosy I didnt wana get up however it was 2 single mattresses pushed together to make a double which can sometimes be annoying. Woke up next morning for breakfast which for me and my partner was horrendous the cakes were so bad the eggs the cornflakes and it was extremely limited I would never have breakfast there again even the juices weren't fresh nor were all the fruits. So all in all the hotel is something I would recommend if your looking for something cheap and cheerful and on city outskirts to just crash in after a long day like me. Breakfast I wouldn't do again and don't recommend either. Also they should invest in 1 or 2 international/English speaking channels on tv too. But service was good and hotel staff were friendly overall :)

OK stop over
The hotel is very easy to find, good value and the breakfasts are excellent. The down side in my stay was that the room was cold and the heating was either not working or did not make any difference. The lack of coffee/tea making facilities came as a surprise.

Convenient location if you have a car
As others have said, the buffet breakfast has lots of choices and the staff at breakfast are lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. The female reception staff are charming; the males on reception a little off-hand. The room is generous enough size-wise and the bed is comfortable. The carpet in the hallway on the 1st floor has seen better days and the carpet in the room needs a spring-clean. Street parking available and a large supermarket next door with free parking. No need to spend 10 euros a day in the hotel's carpark. Nothing much around in terms of places to eat out but a good little pizzeria just up the road.

Fantastic hotel with all home comforts
We stayed for 4 nights and each night our room was spotless to return to. The bed was comfortable and an added bonus was blackout curtains. Breakfast was lovely with a full continental consisting of cheese, hams, cereals, fruit, toast, pastries so plenty to choose from. The staff were exceptional as nothing was too much trouble and all spoke in English too. I cannot fault this hotel in any way and my only comment would be to upgrade this hotel from a 3 star to a 5 star rating. We are definitely coming back here.

Decent place to stay
It was okay, I was generally satisfied. Only thing, was that we had our kids with us and the bed that they set up for my children had some slats missing or broken. Also, in terms of cleanliness they could have done a better job of cleaning the bathroom beforehand. The morning breakfast was good and the clerk was helpful. Its close to the city center by cab but a bit of a distance by bus. But, at least the bus leaves you right in front of the hotel.

Great hotel for the price
Stayed here for a nearby concert. Not close to the main station, so can be a bit tricky to get to for a tourist (think bus is cheapest option). I didn't bother trying with public transport since I wasn't familiar with the area, so just got a taxi from the station which was around €25. Reception was very helpful, and room was above average for the price, no issues at all. So if the location suits your needs then this hotel is certainly a good option. Wifi was an extra €7 for 24 hours, and I did catch the bus 58 to station when leaving which was much cheaper.

Nice, comfortable value hotel
I stayed at this hotel with my daughter and her friend. It was very comfortable and met our needs as we were looking just for a quick overnight stay. My only complaint was that the coffee being served from a machine at breakfast was really terrible, like bad water dripping out so we had to go elsewhere for coffee. Other than that, the hotel was fine - with an excellent pizzeria next door.

Good for the price
Nice and simple for the price. Bathroom not the newest, but fair enough for the price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Area was quite industrial, but a few simple places to eat close by.

We have stayed every year at this hotel since it was built as a Holiday Inn and now it could do with freshening up and the carpets in the corridors could with replacing or cleaning, dispite this still a good hotel and will use again.

Clean and modern hotel
Extremely clean and modern hotel on the outskirts of Turin, just 5 minutes from Grugliasco. Italian and English speaking staff. Breakfast buffet was included, however no coffee was to be found. Wait staff was overwhelmed and did not check on us once. Most of the food was fine, but the scrambled eggs resembled something like powdered eggs. Wifi was not free! 7 Euros for a day if you wanted it. Parking was not free! 5 Euros a day for an underground parking garage. Pizza joint / bar right next to the hotel was good. Satellite TV was free in English and Italian. Nice balcony overlooking a public park (see photo)
