Dalla stazione e a 15 minuti da piazza Castello, ottimamente servita dai mezzi di trasporto pubblico. And terrible service!! Got in at midnight and upon entering I knew it would be a problem. The entrance is cluttered and dirty. Hallways are cluttered and dirty. There is a stench of mold as you walk to your room. Then not surprising there was a worm on our bed linens and towels. I refused to stay there for health concerns for me and my child. I switched hotel at 1 00am in the morning having to walk to neighbouring hotel. Then was charged for my stay!!!! Not acceptable to pay for a room which I did not stay in due to their cleaning standards!
