The apartment, located on the fifth floor of a historic building with an elevator, is characterized by a touch of Japanese minimalist style. The living area, which boasts access to the balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, consists of a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table, an oven and an espresso machine. This room is made particularly cozy by the beautiful coffered ceiling and is also complete with a convenient coat stand. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a dresser, 2 single sofa beds, a coffee table, a TV and a desk with a stool. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. \*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. The apartment is updated inside but the building itself is very old (Wonderfull Italy said from 1800) and very neglected. The entrance gallery is very narrow and looks a bit scary. There is a tiny elevator but sometimes it does not work. To exit the outside gate, you need to use a key. The central heating boiler is old. There is no fire alarm. The rain shower is very nice and the power sockets are new.The apartment does not look clean because the tiles on the floor are damaged.
