Really fantastic 4 star hotel, rooms are smart and clean, and freshly made every day. Breakfast is absolutely amazing, really spoilt for choice! Staff are warm and engaging, whether front of house, at breakfast or the cleaning staff. Easy 2 min walk from Porta Nuova station. Wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone sightseeing in Turin :-)

Absolutely amazing stay. In terms of the hotel itself, lovely and friendly staff, huge rooms with an even more huge bed! Room facilities were great and have absolutely everything someone might need. The location is walkable and has great places close by to eat, sight see and just have a leisurely stroll. Would absolutely recommend for anyone to stay here during their trip to Turin.

Polite, smart reception staff. Good size room with super king size bed. Good linen. Big bathroom and shower, although water pressure could have been better. Looked newly decorated. Ever very clean. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice and kept topped up. No mess anywhere. You can ask for a coffee as the coffee you help yourself to tastes just of hot water. No problem with anything else and would recommend and return

Perfect. As soon as we arrived the manager saw my husband had a broken foot só he gave us an upgrade for a room just opposite the elevator. It mas all the difference!

Fabulous hotel in a great location
Fabulous hotel in a great location, minutes from the train and right in the heart of the shops etc. Only slight niggle was that we could hear the lift all night so would request a room further away next time but definitely recommend. Excellent buffet breakfast as well.

A very nice hotel with a few quibbles. Location is right in between the Nuovo station and all of the main shopping. Breakfast was great. Hotel design was nice and modern. Issue 1: the team who manage linen cleaning roll around very loud carts on cobblestones at 7am. It makes a huge racket that I couldn’t sleep through. My room also has a problem with water temp. I could only get the faucet and shower to be tepid at best.

The staff at the front desk are superb. Breakfast and bar staff are 7/10 but front desk are 11/10 and are what makes this a five star review. So helpful, so cheerful, so professional.

Perfect location, lovely hotel
We were there in Torino primarily to tour the Egyptian Museum. And, it was a short stroll from the hotel. It is also located not far from the train station (no noise) and in the shopping district. The staff was always helpful. The hotel offers many selections for breakfast, and the breakfast rooms were very pleasant. Our room had a balcony and was clean and modern. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Concord.

The hotel is about 2-5 minutes walk (need to wait for a traffic light to cross the street so the time varies) to the train station and really easy to find, but my cell phone seemed to have some signal problem near Turin station and the map service (not apple map) made me walk in circles. The hotel is very close to shops and restaurants. For example a supermarket is just around the corner, and it’s steps away from via roma which is the main shopping street in Turin. Bed was really comfortable, very quiet, curtains quite effective so the room can be made very dark — very good for sleeping. The breakfast was really good, and people working there were quite helpful. The hotel has quite outdated facilities but they are very clean so I was fine with it. The cover by the side of the bathtub makes it really narrow if it is used as a shower though.
