The place is quiet and rooms very spacious. However, they were nice enough to accommodate us as rooms were available. Net connectivity was very poor and therefore we could not confirm our booking to them even after informing them of our Confirmation No. which is 8076085019816\. Next day the net connectivity improved and I could inform your portal of our problem. I was told that the problem arose as the Hotel Polo Orchid had changed their e-mail ID without informing hotel.com which the Manager of the hotel flatly denied. Our stay at the hotel otherwise was quite comfortable.
