When it was time to book for the family reunion, I found I could rent the condo separately from the hotel on VRBO. We had lots of space and were able to have other family members stop by and visit thru the weekend. It sleeps 5, but the king bed could sleep at least three adults if you needed extra bed space. The kitchen is well equipped with necessary items and the laundry room is a plus.
