We have 7 properties close in this community with a sleeping total of 22 if you have a family getaway!2677241, 3138096, 705535, 1103133 and 1177760\. 3721145 and 3543545 ( this one is directly across the street on the water) \-705535 and 1103133 are five minutes away. This charming cottage is located just outside of Chattanooga, Tennessee with beautiful views of Lake Kathy. This cute cottage offers one bedroom, one bath and a washer and dryer. All dishes and linens are provided! You have access to lake Kathy just across the street. This lake does not allow motorized boats or swimming but you can fish! Make sure to bring your own fishing gear. The rocking chair front porch is perfect for morning coffee while listening to the birds. Also the dining room table is in a bay window and you can see the water from there as well. Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m.. We got a late start on Friday; so when we arrived, the lights were on in our cottage and a thoughtful gift from the owner awaited us. The cottage was clean and inviting...so comfortable. I suppose the best thing we can say about our stay is that we will return and encourage our friends and family to stay there as well. Lakeview Cottage was just perfect. The property was spotless inside and appeared to have been just finished, or perhaps remodeled. The large front porch is a great place for morning coffee and enjoying the lake and the wildlife (LOTS of geese). It was very nice and quiet. The house itself is so nicely decorated and very clean. There are geese all throughout the neighborhood and me and my husband loved them! The geese act as if they own the place but it’s very cute and funny. We did not get to enjoy fishing at the lake as we wanted to but it was a bit cold while we were there and we ran out of time since we didn’t stay long. The view was pretty though.
