Our accommodation is spacious with an irreproachable cleanliness, a very high value for money. Superb studio of 80 sqm renovated, just behind the Hannibal school. Located in a new quiet area, with a magnificent independent entrance and a small garden. Close to a main road. This apartment is equipped with a complete and open kitchen fully equipped (fridge-freezer, microwave oven, pots, pans, crockery and kitchen utensils), two bedroom sofas with a large wardrobe, a bathroom (with shower gel, shampoo and towels) and toilets. There is also a TV and wireless internet (wifi) .You can play in the kitchen, how to prepare the coffee on arrival. Closeup of the apartment, you will find: - 1 subway station: "Ibn Khaldoun 3 mini markets including a watch, a pharmacy, laundry, etc., the souk of ibn Khaldoun is 5 minutes walk for those who are interested .Do not hesitate to contact me for information from you, just above so available almost all the time I can help you.
