It is characterized by an exceptional view of a romantic sunset, the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife and restaurants. You will appreciate my accommodation for the outdoor spaces, the calm of the residence, the people, the atmosphere and the brightness.   
My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with children), the disabled and four-legged friends. It is a villa made to combine relaxation and professionalism. It combines the design of the Marrakech type with Tunisian luminosity.  
It is a Golf Villa with a very welcoming clubhouse with restaurants and bars.  
Beach 400 meters away.  
A shopping center 200 meters away.  
The Residence has limited access to residents and golfers. Travelers can count on our 24-hour assistance.
