I will be back!!
The beauty was marvelous!!! The stars were so clear in the sky and the sound of the ocean brought great relaxation. The hotel staff was incredible! We were there celebrating my husbands birthday and they each celebrated him with an act of kindness - whether it was birthday cake or a glass of wine or just very kind words. Also, our luggage didn’t come when we landed and the manager and front desk staff ensured that we went to the right stores and that we received funds that were being sent to us. I want to come back to this place annually!!

My first two night were horrible until I spoke to Asil in the reception and he made my stay turn from horrible to fantastic! Very nice and friendly environment. Movenpick with Asil gets 10/10. One thing I didn’t like is that I was told at check in that breakfast was included however, I had to pay for it at checkout ( room of improvement )

Check in took more than an hour to get the keys to the room. The welcome drink was served after 7h from checking in - and what a drink, the worst lemonade I’ve ever tasted. THIS ONE IS A HUGE PROBLEM: THERE ARE NO HANDICAPPED RAMPS AND NO ELEVATORS. I have a stroller, it was a nightmare to go in and out of the room, too many stairs. This is a red flag for a 5 stars hotel. The hallways have a musty/moldy smell, they love blaming this to the proximity to the sea but there are techniques and equipment that can fix this. Room is the biggest disappointment, reserved sea view and paid extra for it and I get a partial view room looking at the roof of below rooms. They didn’t want to change the room and claimed that all the rooms are full - the hotel didn’t seem that busy during breakfast, wtv, when you reserve through Expedia, they give you the worst room they have, this is not the first time that this happens in Tunisia, Expedia’s customers are second class customers. That’s a shame. The shower was broken, the hot water had no pressure and it was not hot enough to be able to take a confortable shower. When I went to express my dissatisfaction about the room, the checkin, the lounge, etc, there was NO EFFORT whatsoever to remediate the situation. I even told them that I will dispute the charges with my bank, and the receptionist said go ahead, I said, you don’t care about the customer experience and about a bad review - she said we are fine. NOT A 5* HOTEL

Super attentive staff. Excellent food. Room was perfect with a slider facing the ocean for gorgeous views and waking up to the sounds of the waves. Spa treatment was superb. Perfect mood lighting, usb plugs bedside. The restaurants and pool were just delightful. We at and drank at the breeze several times! Not sure why previous reviews were so unpleasant. I was greeted with fresh juices, fast service and clean and comfy room. Wish I could have stayed longer. Seems recent renovations have been made. I stayed at the residence before, and for the price of a basic room there, you can live it up at this hotel with all the amenities right on the beach. “The Kitchen” has amazing steaks. Big breakfast buffet. Fast WiFi. Don’t forget to hit the hammam, ask for Sophie! She goes above and beyond. Can’t wait to go back. So romantic and relaxing. Hubby and I were really happy our entire stay.

I liked the place, they upgraded by sea view to a beach view. I was a bit disappointed in the breakfast though after hearing breakfast was the best in tunis. But I think people meant the sunday brunch. Which I didnt get to experience cause i didnt know. Maybe because they closed it because of covid? After giving me the bottle menu, I did wanted a rose champagne the first night, as my bride loves Rose. But all they had was veuve clicquot which cost double the rose. I wasnt too sure if they were trying to upsell me or they really didnt have. I still bought it anyways. had a couple of ants in the bathroom and the table above my bed, but nothing too serious. the staff was fantastic, I was very generous with tipping because they were awesome.

The room and the view of the Mediterranean Sea were splendid. Very good value. The pools were also very nice. The food we had in this hotel ranged from mediocre to bad. I ordered a dessert that tasted as though it was in the freezer for years. Overall though, a decent hotel stay.

The pool and spa facilities are great for a weekend away in Gammarth. Staff were very friendly and helpful. But for a hotel for this price the condition of the bedroom was disappointing. Our room had a leaking pipe in the bathroom, and ceiling lights that were dangling from their sockets. The robes provided had holes in them and there was old room service left outside of the rooms next door to us for the entire 24 hours we were staying. The hotel felt a bit tired and like it could do with a deep clean.

Nice location, very comfortable bed, and tasty room service. One the negative side, the Lobby smells like stale cigarette smoke and our room smell was overpowering air freshener. The bathroom doesn’t look particularly clean (due to poor re-grouting of tiles I believe.)

Great staff. Gave a very kind late check out and upgraded my room when my flight was cancelled and I had to come back. Rooms are comfy and clean. Room service isn’t fantastic. Lamb better than the veal. Chips not great. But otherwise a very enjoyable stay.
