Tunica Vacation Packages

The staff was amazing! Everyone I spoke to was so nice. The room was cute, everything we needed. It was clean. Only complaints is it was insanely hot, almost like our air conditioner wasn’t working. Then our shower had no hot water. As soon as we got in it was immediately cold.

What I liked about the facility was I observed there was someone always watching the area when we walked in. What I didn't like was that our room was not cleaned or checked on the three days we were there, we ran out of body wash in the shower I spoke to someone at the desk who let the staff know that our room was not even checked on, we left went out shopping and come back still nothing had been done. I spoke with a young lady who was cleaning up down the hallway she gave us fresh towels and face cloths for the remainder of our stay. she was very helpful I'm so thankful for her, I understand how thing can fall through the crack just letting ya know what happened while we were there. The property was clean, hassel free check in, and valet was quick and easy.

I was charged more than my friend and our rooms were booked at the same time and rooms were identical. Why was I charged that much more. Very unhappy
