Butterfly Cottage offers very private accommodation with car park and a small garden and lawn area. Pets are welcome Located just 2 blocks from the Tumut commercial and business center. The cottage has two bedrooms, an open plan living area plus laundry and a covered verandah with seating and views. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen and electric heating/cooling. A fenced area at the rear is suitable for a dog. It is a short walk to the fabulous off-leash Bila Park and beautiful riverside walk.
