When it’s time to retire, there are 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms to accommodate 4 guests as such: BEDROOM 1: Queen bed, ensuite full bathroom, kitchenette, direct access to balcony & Smart TV BEDROOM 2: Queen bed with balcony access The bathrooms are sleek with modern features, nice vanity space, and spacious stand-in showers with rainfall showerheads. The Neighborhood: Located in a beautiful new development just 3 mi | 4.5 km or an 8- min drive from the center of Tulum town and a 14-min drive to the beach. Getting Around: The property is about 39 km/24 mi from the new Tulum International Airport (TQO) or 120 km/75 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). The condo was just as described. Pool areas were great. very secure, clean, and has all the necessities you need. The road to the property is in bad shape. but it has nothing to do with the actual property. Renting a car is better as the property is 10-15 minutes distance from the downtown Tulum. lots of privacy in the condo. Overall amazing stay, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Tulum town, great value. There is security 24x7, which is a great added option. ##### E R.
