### Lovely Studio in Xperience Tulum

Welcome to our beautiful 68 m2 studio in the Xperience residential complex, strategically located in the Downtown Area of Tulum. Here you will find the true essence of Tulum, fusing natural charm with contemporary luxury.  
  
Relax in the comfort of the large, comfortable king size bed and immerse yourself in your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishes, stemware, glasses, utensils, microwave and coffee maker will allow you to enjoy the freedom of preparing your own meals. We have high-speed internet, terrace, outdoor pool, parking and equipped gym.  
  
The studio is located at the end of the ground floor of the complex for easy access and privacy, it has views of the pool and central garden  
  
The Xperience Tulum residential complex is 1.1 km from the center of Tulum and 5.4 km from the Tulum Archaeological Zone and 39 km from the Tulum Airport.
