This spacious penthouse is perfect for your group trip to Tulum. Walk to grocery store, shopping and dining. Well equipped great for your private chef experience. Our reservations feature dedicated concierge service and access to several beach clubs. 3 Bedroom penthouse features jungle views has a private pool and a jacuzzi. Located in the heart of walkable Aldea Zama. Modern bohemian vibes this newly decorated space is just perfect. Bed configuration 1 king and 2 queen beds. Private rooftop with so much space. lounge in the sun take a dip in the pool or even yoga! Steps from grocery store- walk to shopping and dining Tulum is a small town with boutique areas. For true walkable beach access, choose the Hotel Zone. From other areas, it’s a quick, seamless transfer—car, scooter, taxi, or bike—and we’re happy to help arrange it. See our map for real-world timing at a glance. Allow extra time to get to beach in high season as there can be traffic. Aldea Zama is also the other very walkable destination in Tulum with many options for shopping and dining. Transportation- Drivers- we have private transportation to and from both Cancun and Tulum airports as well as around Tulum during your stay, our drivers are federally registered and offer fair pricing. Bikes- we can recommend places to rent Scooters, ATV’s Rental Cars - we can assist with rental and can be delivered to your condo/villa Beach Access - We have deals directly with beach clubs for exclusive access once booked with us you will need to make a reservation with the host or via our app 1 day in advance. Since these beach clubs have hotels and restaurants bringing food and beverages in is not permitted. Tulum has announced several hotels with free beach access but be aware they may not provide a chair or be overbooked without a reservation. Your stay is professionally hosted by a licensed and dedicated luxury hospitality team in Tulum. We uphold higher standards than typical rentals, with meticulous attention to detail, seamless guest support through our custom app, and privileged access to select beach clubs.
