Samsara is Tulum\`s newest luxury complex. This dreamy penthouse is the perfect spot for your next Tulum getaway. Enjoy a chef experience in the fully equipped kitchen even has an oven! Lay in the sun in the private rooftop or watch the sun set with a cocktail. Great location easy to get around we cant wait to welcome you here. Dedicated concierge included with all reservation. Work remotely with high speed internet - your dream trip awaits! Great family friendly option for Tulum travel!  
The space:   
Light bright and spacious great for your group or family. Bed configuration- King Bed, 2 single beds and double bed. Pull out sofa great for kids as well! Two bathrooms inside the apartment and a third bathroom on the rooftop. Entire apartment has air conditioning, washer/dryer, custom local art murals, smart TV\`s in master bedroom and living room. Pull out sofa will sleep an additional 2 people if needed.  
  
Tulum is a small town with boutique areas. For true walkable beach access, choose the Hotel Zone. From other areas, it’s a quick, seamless transfer—car, scooter, taxi, or bike—and we’re happy to help arrange it. See our map for real-world timing at a glance. Allow extra time to get to beach in high season as there can be traffic.   
Beach Access - We have deals directly with beach clubs for exclusive access once booked with us you will need to make a reservation with the host or via our app 1 day in advance. Since these beach clubs have hotels and restaurants bringing food and beverages in is not permitted. Tulum has announced several hotels with free beach access but be aware they may not provide a chair or be overbooked without a reservation.

Drivers- we have private transportation to and from both Cancun and Tulum airports as well as around Tulum during your stay, our drivers are federally registered and offer fair pricing.   
  
Bikes- we can recommend places to rent   
  
Scooters, ATV’s Rental Cars - we can assist with rental and can be delivered to your condo/villa.  
  
Your stay is professionally hosted by a licensed and dedicated luxury hospitality team in Tulum. We uphold higher standards than typical rentals, with meticulous attention to detail, seamless guest support through our custom app, and privileged access to select beach clubs. Expect an elevated experience that combines the polish of boutique hospitality with the privacy of your own retreat.

\-Concrete is porous and stains, if you spill something please clean it up  
\-Please turn AC off when you are not at home.  
\-Please be respectful of neighbors, quiet hours between 10pm and 8am  
\-Please place toilet tissue in baskets provided, do not flush tissue or objects down the  
toilet.  
\-Do not sit, lean, or stand on concrete sinks or countertops. Concrete is fragile, cost of replacement is $100 usd  
\-Please contact host with any wifi issues- do not touch routers   
\-Guests staying in the home are the only people allowed at the residence, no parties or events unless expressly approved by host prior to check-in  
\-Do not climb or touch trees, note that some trees in the Yucatan are poisonous and can cause serious injury  
\-In case the electricity supply is cut by Tulum\`s electric company (CFE) or water supply is cut by CAPA, this will not be grounds for requesting a refund. The host is not responsible for any unexpected service interruptions provided by these companies.  
\-Most of the streets in Tulum are rustic and unpaved. Please keep in mind that you are in the jungle.  
\-If you report an issue at the property and our team is able to resolve it the same day in a reasonable period of time this is not a cause to request a refund.  
\-Any damage caused during your stay must be reported, and the guest will be responsible for covering repair costs. If any linens (towels, sheets, etc.) are stained with feces, blood, or any stains that cannot be removed by washing, the guest will be charged for replacement. Prices are in MXN
