Allow extra time to get to beach in high season as there can be traffic. Aldea Zama is also the other very walkable destination in Tulum with many options for shopping and dining. Since these beach clubs have hotels and restaurants bringing food and beverages in is not permitted. Tulum has announced several hotels with free beach access but be aware they may not provide a chair or be overbooked without a reservation.
