For check-ins from 9 pm onwards: We will send you detailed self check-in instructions. • Check-out is by 11 AM. • Late Check-out fee from 11 am until 1p.m: $40 extra. • Late Check-out fee after 1p.m: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts. • Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. • No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival. • Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. • Noise: Tulum is a high-growth area with a great deal of real estate development and you may hear construction noise during daytime hours, Monday through Saturday. • Electricity is included in short-term stays (<28 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
