We enjoyed our stay at Casa Wahh. Really nice property. The quiet was nice and so were the amenities. Really enjoy the upstairs area. Also liked that, it had security and felt safe. Be aware that there is not much in the immediate area. A person has to walk or find a way to get to anything around there. Might make sense to Rent a bike, but we didn’t do that . The community pool isn’t much to talk about. As others have mentioned, there is construction all around, but didn’t feel intrusive at all.

Firstly, the place is verty dirty! we discovered that the iron provided was not functioning properly, leading to damage to some of our dresses. Additionally, there wad a strong unpleasant odor in the unit, and we also spotted cockroaches in the apartment. The host never seemed bothered by these concerns or offered to clean as supposed.

Pluming issues, no water flow, and water quality is not great. The pool did not look like it was cleaned and housekeeping using very harsh chemical cleaners, we got a little allergic from it. Overall great value for $$$.

ideal space for people who want to be off beaten track, don’t like hotel strip vibe, want to cook/hang out together. has guards to get in and out of the neighborhood-but at our specific property, we’re there 30%. We rented early but management shift occurred. One of main reasons I booked was Bc of reviews of the previous hostess. Appliances are tricky. Laundry isn’t really a thing because it takes so many iterations to make it work & it still ends up smelly. Had difficulties w sink - obviously a lack of disposal, but even so I had to drain the pipe underneath myself w a bucket.ewww gross pool on the rooftop deck is darling but the size of a hot tub but not warmed. So if you are there in winter months, it is very chilly and no one wanted to get in and that was a selling point for me. The common pool advertised is 100% shaded and super shallow The kitchen is lacking in bowls, measuring cups, etc. We had a difficult time getting dishwasher & oven to work. However, the space is cool, the penthouse is amazing, you just have to know that it is a drive to most places. 100% authentic: was not in love with Tulum that I thought I might be.

The place was amazing. Only about a 20-minute walk from Tulum Central if you like to walk. We spent five nights there, and our host, Anel, was immaculate. She helped us with everything we needed to make our trip a success.

This property was super cute and clean! The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to help us get a new key for our apartment when we lost ours on a boat. They assisted us after hours without hesitation. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great! No issues and the management communicated very well. There are mosquitos just be aware but everything was safe and great! Easy to find off of the beaten path and SAFE! We rented ATVs for the week and couldn't be happier!

great spot - we had a very good stay at casa wahh. was well located between the beach and the main town so it was easy to get around. the only disappointing thing was that casa wahh was advertised as having free pool and jacuzzi access even for the terrace apartments which don't have a private pool. turned out to be a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna situation at a restaurant a few minutes away walking and the jacuzzi was broken and the pool didn't look as clean as we'd have liked. otherwise a good spot to relax and stay at in tulum. Anel, the property manager was very responsive and helpful!

The most Honest Review
Casa Wahh was insanely beautiful. It is in this luxury complex of apartments in Tulum. Casa Wahh is about a 20-minute taxi ride to the center of Tulum where all the restaurants and resorts are which can be a bit annoying because all of the taxi drivers are scammers in Tulum. If you plan on staying here, I suggest renting a car. The host Anel is the absolute best, she will do anything in her power to make your stay a pleasant one. We reached out to her with any questions or concerns, and she answered all of them in a timely manner. Take into consideration that these are apartments and not an adult only resort and there may be children or dogs on the premises. She has no control over that. We didn't get a chance to visit the spa but we did book a massage and clay mask in our room which was a 10/10. There is a restaurant called TUUCh on the premises which was great. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, it made my stay in Tulum pleasant.

Staying at Casa Wahh was such a great experience. The apartment was cleaned very well in preparation for our arrival. We enjoyed the fact that we had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Anel, the hostess, was simply amazing. She made sure that we had everything that we needed, and she was so easy to reach via WhatsApp if we had any questions or requests. We liked that the apartment is located in an area that was very safe. We also enjoyed being able to easily walk to shops and restaurants in the area. An added perk of staying at Casa Wahh was the fact that we had access to the spa facilities at Tuuch, which was a quick 3 minute walk away. If we visit Tulum again, we will definitely stay at Casa Wahh.

Anel was amazing and kind. The property itself is VERY beautiful. The only downside to Casa Wahh was that the shower head didn’t really pour out any water and it was very light pressure. Other than that. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you Anel!

We travelled as family 2 adults 2 kids (16years). Perfekt accomodation, with all you need. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, spaceous Livingroom, WiFi, balcony...etc. The SPA is remarkable! If we had a wish: keep the sunbeds tidy (birdpoop) and provide more of them. Will return definitely. Contact-Person Enel is super-kind and always reachable. Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews. Casa Wahh went above and beyond for our group of 12 ladies. Anel helped with arranging transportation, gave us ideas on places to visit and communicated timely. I will absolutely bring my family back to stay. The spa is a minute away and was the most relaxing atmosphere. The ruins and shops are close by as well. This was a bachelorette party and Casa wahh offered a private chef. we took advantage of this option the last night and had an amazing dinner on the roof top. what a vibe!!!! I have been to Mexico three times and this was one of the best! Thank you so much Anel and Casa wahh for making my bachelorette vacation amazing, you have no idea how much i appreciate you! See you next year :)

Paradise found! I would definitely stay here again, the penthouse was simply amazing. Anel, the receptionist, was the perfect coordinator for our trip. The private rooftop pool was something else- a refreshing oasis!

Casa Wahh’s beautiful and well equipped apartment was exactly what we needed to unplug from work in a metropolis. Fully surrounded by nature, the apartment offered the quiet and private environment we were looking for. The private pool and the outer bathtub made it truly special. We were also welcomed by the lovely Anel, who was most helpful and attentive, being available to answer our questions at any point prior and during our stay. She also provided great recommendations of what to do in town. Just an amazing place right in the middle of paradise. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and safe neighborhood location inside Luum Zama of Aldea Zama. Clean and nicely decorated. Easy check in and Angel was fantastic throughout my entire stay. She was always above and beyond available and communicative for anything I needed or questions I had. Even proactively reaching out to check on me. Only issue was some broken deck boards which need repair. Anel offered to send a maintenance person right away for that. I declined as we were using the yard at the time but hopefully they fix it. Otherwise beautiful property would stay again!

Unfortunately, I can’t remember the lady name who worked the front desk in the morning. She was so helpful , attentive , so sweet, and she even was trying to teach me a little Spanish. The property was absolutely beautiful. So clean and it smelled so good my boyfriend and I would love to stay there again once we come back.

Anel was very responsive to things we needed and answered all of our questions. The only downside is I would recommend anyone staying in Casa Wah is to rent a vehicle, the driving distance to the main strip is about 20 mins. There is also construction going on around the area as well. We had an incident in which the electricity went off and our seafood ceviche left in the refrigerator had to be thrown away. We weren't reimbursed for this but Anel accommodated our check-out time for the inconvenience. Overall we loved Tulum and would go back. Casa Wah was very welcoming and comfortable :)
