Located in the heart of Aldea Zama, just steps from restaurants, cafés, and shops, this villa is the ideal choice for large groups seeking to combine luxury, comfort, and a prime location.  
  
Enjoy 3 private pools: one main pool and two plunge pools with jungle views, plus a spacious deck perfect for yoga or outdoor relaxation, and an outdoor dining table for magical dinners under the stars.  
  
The villa’s design ensures privacy and comfort on every level:  
🏡 First floor: spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and main pool.  
🏡 Second & third floors: each with its own kitchenette and plunge pool, with 2 bedrooms per floor, creating intimate and functional spaces.

This villa is located in ALDEA ZAMA, one of Tulum's most upscale neighborhoods, positioned between the town center and the hotel zone. You'll find cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores all within walking distance.  
  
The town center of Tulum is roughly a 10-minute drive away, offering a range of dining options, bars, convenience stores, souvenir shops, and charming local experiences. The Tulum beaches and hotel zone are around 10-15 minutes by car, depending on your specific destination and traffic conditions. In this area, you'll also find high-end dining options, additional souvenir shops, fantastic beach clubs, bars, boutiques, cenotes, and numerous other attractions for a complete Tulum Jungle-Beach experience.
