Located just 4 minutes from Expo Square, this 3 bed, 2 bath home features a backyard, fully-equipped open kitchen, a master bedroom with a 43" TV, and a living room with a 55" TV and vintage 1967 Magnavox Record Player, also a dedicated work space with office chair. Ideal for golf enthusiasts or a relaxing getaway with the family, even ideal for working professionals.

Bathrooms: There are two full bathrooms in the home, each modern and fully equipped with essential amenities, providing a warm experience as you prepare for the day or unwind in the evening.
Living Area: The heart of the home is the stylish living room, perfect for relaxation or socializing. It's furnished with comfortable seating and equipped with a large TV, making it an ideal spot for movie nights or quiet evenings in.
Kitchen and Dining: Our open-plan kitchen is a culinary delight, fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, the kitchen space is designed for ease and enjoyment. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, perfect for enjoying meals together.
Backyard: Step outside to enjoy our charming backyard, a peaceful retreat where you can bask in the Tulsa sun or enjoy an evening under the stars.

Keypad Entry: For your convenience and security, The Okla is equipped with a keypad entry system. This means no keys to worry about during your stay! Upon confirming your reservation, you will receive a unique access code. Simply enter this code into the keypad to unlock the door.

House Rules for The Okla

Welcome to The Okla! To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and maintain the quality of our home, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following house rules:

1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of $300 USD.

2. No Parties or Large Gatherings: To respect the tranquility of our neighborhood, parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Non-compliance may lead to immediate termination of your stay without a refund and a fine of $500.

3. Respect the Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during the night hours (10 PM to 7 AM). A violation of these rules could result in a fine and potential eviction.

4. Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-In after 4:00PM and Check-out before 11:00AM. Early Check-in and Late Check-out at a additional fee can be arrange.

5. Occupancy Limit: Only the number of guests specified in the booking should stay overnight. Extra guests without prior approval may incur additional charges ($50 USD per additional guest per night)

6. Care for the Property: Treat the home with care and leave it in the condition you found it. Any damage or excessive cleaning required will be charged accordingly.

7. Safety and Security: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property to maintain security.

8. Environmental Responsibility: Conserve energy by turning off lights, electronics, heater and AC and all appliances when not in use.

9. Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited ($200 USD violation fee)

10. Parking: On street parking or driveway parking. The attached garage is not available for guests.
