The Big Tulsan, a Beautiful 1929 home in mid-town one block from Utica square and less than five minutes away from Cherry street, The Gathering Place and Downtown. You'll love this 3340 sq ft home that has something for everybody. Make coffee or tea your way at the coffee bar. Take a dip in the heated pool while your steaks are cooking on the grill. Make yourself a cocktail at the living room wet bar. Play in an online tournament on the full size Golden Tee video game. The space The Big Tulsan has five bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The master Bedroom has a connected office with workstation and private bathroom with jetted tub and shower. The game room has theater seats a 4K tv and a full size Golden Tee game along with a number of board games. Downstairs has a kitchen, living room, dining room and second workstation with wireless printer/scanner. Kitchen has all appliances, microwave, blender, toaster, waffle maker, plates, glasses, silverware, cookware and cooking utensils. Back yard has a heated pool and outdoor kitchen. The property is well cared for, the layout is great, and most importantly the location is ideal. We walked 2 blocks to the outdoor shopping center Utica Square. The neighborhood is safe and nice. This house is great for a large group/family who would like a place to congregate. The spaces are welcoming, the back patio/pool is perfect and the home is two blocks from Utica Square. Check in process was so easy check out process was extremely easy. The house was gorgeous and great space for our family to enjoy the Easter weekend! We had people in and out all weekend and had enough space to spread out and not be on top of everyone! The kids and adults alike absolutely loved the pool! Property manager checked on us and answered promptly when we had questions or concerns on what to do. Will definitely keep this as a place to stay when we are in Tulsa. ##### Kathleen M.
