The night check in young man was really nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious (again) and the Restaurant manager was amazing- food great, had the chef make us pancakes as part of the breakfast buffet. Great hospitality

Carpet throughout dated and stained. Breakfast was a joke...rude staff....out of muffins...put of most breads....out of cottage cheese...in its place shredded cheese really????....most fruits gone...nothing but excuses..ordered something had to ask 4 times where it was...never got...but staff chased us to elvevator cause we were disapointed with.complaints about short staffed ect..but they didnt mind complaining to each other and other guests the entire time...wasnt a great start to new year after spending wedding night there...ruined the whole stay.

booked this hotel mainly for our child to enjoy the heated pool but a note on the door dated 12-10 said they would have the issue taken care of in the next 24 - 48 hrs. and the current date was 12-16> not only us but other families with children were disappointed also! the next morning we went to have a continental breakfast and were informed breakfast (buffet at that) would be 16.95 per adult! I informed them of the disapointment we experiencd and I will not book at that hotel ever again

Nice stay
Definitely has an older vibe, feels very much like an Embassy Suites with the atrium in the center and I like that look. The rooms are very old fashioned with green floral carpets and heavy curtains but it was in good condition and the bed was comfy. We stayed on the club level which offered free breakfast that was fine, eggs, bacon/sausage and some pastries and fruit, totally acceptable and well presented. The happy hour charges $5 for each drink but has free snacks. We appreciated access to that lounge and it was always clean and inviting. The front desk staff were very sweet. We were disappointed that at this very large hotel and convention center there were no EV chargers at all, that’s pretty surprising for 2023 and they definitely need to get some of those added. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

After calling 2 days prior to make sure there was a pool and hot tub and we were told yes. Then arrive and we are told thar it has been out of service for a week and will be for another week. No one cleaned our rooms even after asking if we could get trash removed. No towels were brought. We were not allowed to sit in lobby even while drinking from bar becauae it was against the hotel policy. Since there were about 30 rooms booked for a bowling tournament i dought you get our business back. Staff not friendly at all.

High rates for outdated facility. Charged $10 per day for parking, I didn’t even bring a vehicle to the facility. Pay upwards of $200 per night and you must also pay for wifi. Expensive buffet breakfast that is sub-par and what you would normally get from a small chain or 2-3 star hotel.

I definitely won’t be staying here again. The staff why checking in were very friendly and fast. However the hotel itself needs a lot of work. It’s definitely old with peeling wall paper, outdated everything, the bathtub made me wish I had shower shoes and there was a wasp problem in the room.

Nice staff and easy check in. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Hotel is in need of some repairs- wallpaper is peeling in common areas and one elevator was out of order all three days I was there.

bathroom issues
Great to have a room on the 7th floor but wanted something close to the elevator. Carpet in room was coming up, bathtub was stained, grout was broken off and wallpaper was coming off wall. For what we paid for room, I was disappointed in how it looked. At one point, there was dog poop in one of the elevators and on the premises that needed to be picked up. The pool was not working when we checked in. I felt like this should have been a better experience.
