In the heart of Tulsa near LaFortune golf course, this big yet cozy home is nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood. A king bed in the primary suite with attached bath also has sliding glass doors that lead out onto the large patio with a view of the beautiful in-ground pool. Down the hall you'll find two rooms each with queen beds right next to the hall bath as well as a room with 2 twin beds. A spacious living, dining, game room, stocked kitchen and yoga room and half bath complete this house.

Safe and quiet family neighborhood with sidewalks throughout. Very close to La Fortune golf course, Woodland Hills Mall, shopping and restaurants.

Guests will have access to the entire home as well as the private, fenced backyard. The only space that will not be available is the garage and a cleaning closet.

As you walk into the front door of this large home, to your left through sliding barn doors, you will find the coolest game room complete with record player and wall of records, air hockey and foosball.
Through a doorway is the fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need to cook a gourmet meal and serve your guests at the 8-person dining table.
Down a short hall is a home gym that leads out to the pool as well as a stocked laundry room and half-bath.
The large living room with working fireplace is set up with a giant velvet sectional, blankets and a 75" smart TV. There are also sliding glass doors that look out onto the spacious, shady patio and pool area.
Our back patio has everything you could want with an outdoor sectional, lounge chairs, TV and a large dining table all surrounded by a tall privacy fence.
Back inside, you enter the hallway and find an oversized primary bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and another set of sliding glass doors leading out onto the patio.
Across the hall are 2 more bedrooms both with queen sized beds as well as a full bathroom with tub/shower and double sinks.
At the end of the hall is a large room equipped with 2 twin-sized beds.
This home meets all your needs! We supply plenty of plush towels, pillows, extra bedding, children's items, a variety of coffee, creamer, sweeteners, oil for cooking and so much more. Home has just received updates throughout with brand new tile, a new gas grill, pool has been resurfaced, and the kitchen has been re-stocked with an over-abundance of cookware and dishes. We even have a highchair for your little ones. Speaking of little ones, PLEASE take EXTREME caution to watch your small children around the pool area as it is NOT fenced off from the rest of the yard. Pool is not heated and is closed during the winter months. Backyard is fully fenced but there are some areas that small pets may be able to get through/under so please remember your pet is your responsibility to keep contained.
