Ideal for short-term getaways or extended stays, our fully-furnished homes feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, and private patios or balconies. Spend your downtime by the resort-style pool, hit the jogging trail, or fire up the BBQ. Close to shopping, dining, and local hotspots like the BOK Center, Tulsa Expo Square, and The Gathering Place, Echo Trail is the perfect launchpad for business or a spontaneous weekend trip.  
 All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.  
  
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
