Everything was wonderful except housekeeping did not provide enough towels or coffee and creamers. Barely had enough toilet tissue. The rest of staff and restaurant were wonderful but a cup of coffee and towel for each guest should have been available.

Nice facility & nice staff. The parking cost certainly needs to be pointed out & explained better. I was charged $40 for one night of parking. This is unacceptable. The lot apparently is owned by a separate entity & the hotel could do nothing about the charge. “If” there was some way that they could have validated the ticket before you leave the garage (that’s when you have to pay to get out) they never said anything about that and certainly should

The location was very convenient for our needs while there. The property was mediocre at best, cracks in the parking garage and the gates didn’t want to work as they should to the point of having staff in the parking lot having to radio in to get them lifted, the pool ladder was loose, guests left trash lying around everywhere which was left for long periods of time. Definitely should have checked to make sure the rooms had microwaves, I think we are at a point in time where it is a room standard. It was definitely overpriced for what you actually receive. The card keys were very iffy on when they wanted to work. Hilton could absolutely do better with this location.

The parking garage was a little sketch but aren’t they all? This was a very nice and very well run hotel. The staff were all super friendly and super helpful and accommodating and the suite I stayed in was phenomenal.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient as located right next to the Cox convention center. Elevators in garage were not working though and facility is a bit dated.

This hotel was fine. Nothing special. The garage, however, was very short and difficult to navigate even in a small SUV. Then they charged us $25/night to park in it, which was not made clear when we were advised our room key would get us in and out of the garage. The public can park there for $30. If the parking charge had been more open and obvious, I would have chosen another property. We won’t choose this one again.

Very nice hotel with great amenities. Only reasons for lowering the score were 1) our room wasn't cleaned/restocked one of the three days we were there and 2) they wete very short staffed for being booked up so it was very hard to get a blanket for the sleeper sofa at 9pm.

The room was very nice. The hotel overall is very nice, will probably stay here again if we go to another event at the BOK arena. Shuttle bus service to and from saved us money and time. Staff were very friendly.

Would have been great with a few differences.
Check-in took about 45 min. Very busy and understaffed. Front desk obviously stressed and not friendly. Room was fine, clean, and simple except the bathtub faucet was broken and would not completely turn off but hotel was booked so we just had a running faucet for our stay. Parking Garage elevators were not working so that meant a lot of stairs for the weekend. With the hotel at capacity the stairwells were very busy as were the main hotel elevators. Nothing for breakfast available (room service, small mart or restaurant) until 7, which is frustrating if you have somewhere to be at 7. Overall an okay stay, not great and not worth the value paid. But maybe would have been a lot better had it not been so full.

The AC in our room didn’t work even after maintenance came and worked on it. Stayed at 74 degrees in room. Made for a long weekend. Dog in the room next to us barked all weekend. Called the front desk a few times on these issues. Our phone in the room didn’t work so had to call front desk from my cell phone. Also the lamp in room didn’t work and the windows clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while as previous customer wrote their name all over the dirty windows. Paid $500 for two nights which I expect soooo much more.

The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The warm cookies were a delightful surprise after hours driving. The room was spacious and clean. We were attending an event at the Cox Center and it was extremely convenient. Checked in, dinner at the hotel restaurant, then a quick walk across the street.

Upon arrival i noted that the visible accessible parking were on a steep slope at the bottom, odd place for someone to have to go up the slope. No other signs were visible. Front desk staff struggled to confirm two queen roll in shower. confirmed from bearded man in back room. I arrived in the room to find a tub with bars. both front desk and management do not know the product (rooms) well enough. I was unable to shower. Upon checking out no apologies or offer to comp my room since i was unable to shower. Three trucks were parked in handicapped when i returned from dinner. When i checked out i brought it to the attention of staff who said "we probably need to do a better job of that". Probably? really? what an unprofessional bafoon the staff was. Upon driving out of the parking lot after checkout the Doubletree shuttle bus was parked in handicapped parking? I am truly shocked and stunned at the lack of concern there is by Doubletree Tulsa for what is federal law. I will not stay here again for obvious reasons.
