A 2400 sq. feet craftsman style ranch home is the perfect spot. Two living areas w/ smart TV, two dining areas. W/D and stocked kitchen. 6 beds and 3 baths w/plenty of space. Outdoor patio w/grill and area for kids to play. Bounce house/slide available for extra fee. Over-sized Circle drive w/access to 2 car garage. NO SMOKING OR PETS Right in the heart of Tulsa. Close to downtown, Brookside, Utica Square, Gathering Place, Museums, Riverside, Expo, St Francis, Walk to Sprouts/CVS. Spacious, clean and secure home for your family. There were some problems finding the home as there was road construction blocking the street to access the home and driveway. We were not made aware prior to our arrival. There was a broken chair in main dining area that needs repair, some of the bed coverings had food on them, there was no shampoos/body wash in any of the bathrooms which we had to run out at 7 am to get in preparation for our family funeral and the living room rug is very stained and dirty. Attention to these little details would have resulted in an excellent review. Kudos to the cleaning crew as the house was very clean.I would stay again if those details were taken care of. ##### Christopher W. We enjoyed the home's environment and convenient location. There was enough room to hang out comfortably with family for the holiday. We were disappointed that some of the amenities advertised were not as presented. We could not use the fireplace, nor the garage. There was a fireplace present - but as it turns out, it is not available to actually use, as the gas has been turned off. We were trying to celebrate the Christmas holiday with our large family, and were expecting to have that warmth and ambience. Same with the garage - it's December and it was a rainy week. It would have been nice to bring items in and out and that's what was expected/advertised at booking. We also struggled to complete our holiday meals, because the oven would turn itself off mid-bake - this stunk when trying to make things like christmas cookies, turkey, etc. We actually had to take meat to a friend's house nearby to use a reliable oven. The kitchen sink and dishwasher both leaked, and we had to go buy some soap for the bathrooms/showers, because there was no soap, shampoo, conditioner as listed in the house listing. I think this property needs some attention just to get all things in good working order, and the listing needs to be updated to reflect the actual experience. We made it work, but it was a good thing we knew people in the area for the oven issue, or it would have been a bigger problem. Because of these things, I thought the listing was more expensive than the value we got. ##### Stephanie W. The area rug in the living needs cleaning. The bedding corners were ripped and did not fit the bed sizes, the bath towels were at best cheap hotel quality, the utensils (forks, spoons and knives) were low restaurant quality and the pots and pans were less than garage sale quality. One pan has so much no-stick coating missing we were worried about using any of their pots and pans. The dish washer did not work and they sent a repair guy out, who said it’s fixed. Well once he departed and we used it, it did the same thing. The wash bar hitting the lower basket. We took it out and just used the top rack. We would stay here again if there were assurances these issues were corrected. ##### Steve F. The door would fall if it were bumped. The trundle could not be removed for our use because the Fulton frame was badly bent. The reason I provided 4 stars for cleanliness is because the grill outside was not cleaned other than that the property was well kept and in a great neighborhood. The house worked out great! Plenty of sleeping space, bathrooms and room to hang out together. Kids enjoyed the old school nintendo!
