This is the WORSE customer service I've EVER EXPERIENCE in my travel's. I booked thru the Expedia app., I also am very aware of cancellation policies and that they differ between hotels. I canceled my booking with this hotel 2 months in advance. I was definitely well within their cancellation policy to receive a full refund for any charges. A couple months went by I begin thinking I havent received my refund from this hotel. I contact them thru Expedia app. and Im given a big cant help you ,no refund will be given!!! I clearly did not stay at your hotel and I clearly canceled within the time allowed per hotel polices and I was charged the full amount anyway. Even if I did not cancel within policy how do you justify charging me the full amount???? Shouldn't it at least be 1 nights stay; NOT FULL AMOUNT???!!! I will NEVER USE EXPEDIA APP AGAIN, NOR STAY AT THIS HOTEL, I'D RATHER SLEEP IN MY TRUCK!!!! ANYONE READING THIS , DEFINITELY USE BOOKING.COM!!!! A ABSOLUTE GREAT APP AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THAT APP. I just thought since I received a 50$ coupon thru Expedia I would try their app. WOW!!!!! BIG MISTAKE, ENDED UP COSTING ME 350$.
