The home itself was lovely, nicely decorated, and located in a great area—so we were initially very pleased. Unfortunately, our experience was quickly overshadowed by serious cleanliness concerns. We encountered multiple roaches, spiders, and several dead worms throughout the garage. This made us extremely uncomfortable and took away from what should have been a peaceful stay.I reached out to the homeowner to inform them of the issue and kindly asked if they would consider any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Instead of showing concern or offering a solution, they dismissed the issue entirely and simply responded with check-out instructions.It's disappointing that such a well-presented home was not maintained to basic hygiene standards and that the host showed no accountability or care. Very nice, quiet neighborhood but20 minutes away from BOK center! It was perfect. Very nice house. My only suggestion would be some different, more comfortable chairs or a sectional in the living room. We really enjoyed our stay! ##### Leslie W.
