« Pros: Die Gastgeberin Mari war sehr freundlich hat alles gut erklärt. Wlan war sehr gut. was wir sehr gut gefunden haben war der Vorrat an Toilettenpapier auch war Spülmittel und Waschpulver für die Waschmaschiene vorhanden. Die Terrasse war ideal. "Plusieurs fois réveillês tot le matin à cause du bruit du mënage (dêplacement de meubles, tocage à la porte) Café du matin pas très bon, l idêal serait des machines à grains et pour que les gens choisissent leurs cafês. Pas de bananes au petit dêjeuner, jamais vu ça. Buffet du restaurant un peu cher à 30e donc autant aller au restaurant Spiazetta "

"Bel Hôtel, quoiqu’on le voit de génération déjà un peu ancienne. L’emplacement et les équipements globalement très bien. On apprécierait des prestations un peu meilleures au niveau de la restauration (par rapport à d’autres h10, celui de Tenerife notamment qui était parfait), et une salle qui fait un peu trop réfectoire. Et le lounge privilège, rarement nettoyé, et où nous avons reçu par contre des remarques condescendantes tout à fait inutiles par un jeune employé. Le bémol principal vient d’ailleurs du service : s’il était globalement aimable, on ne vient pas en Espagne pour recevoir un service allemand (froideur, et reproche d’arriver avec 4mn de retard à notre réservation de restauration… avant d’attendre 15 minutes pour être pris en charge une fois assis). Bref un bel hôtel mais une expérience mitigée, d’autant qu’on l’avait choisi pour sa piscine chauffée …qui en réalité était juste 0,4 degrés au dessus de la piscine non chauffée …."

"Le restaurant Siroco proposé pour le déjeuner à partir du 16 avril était mal climatisé, bruyant et les choix de nourriture réduits par rapport aux jours précédent dans le restaurant habituel. Le vrai plus de l'hôtel est son accès direct à la plage, les piscines familiales & pour enfants, les chambres sont correctes (la vue mer fait une vraie différence). Il serait bien de dispatcher les clients dans les blocs de logement en fonction de leur profil afin de plutôt regrouper familles d'un côté & fêtards de l'autre afin de garantir la tranquillité à tous. "

"Avis sur le H10 Playa Esmeralda Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel du 14 au 28 février 2026, pour la deuxième année consécutive à la même période. Nous y étions déjà venus 15 jours l’an dernier et nous avions tellement apprécié l’établissement que nous avons décidé d’y revenir. 🌊 Chambre et vue mer Nous avions réservé une chambre avec option vue mer. À notre arrivée, la première chambre attribuée ne correspondait malheureusement pas du tout à la réservation… la vue donnait sur un mur plutôt que sur la mer ! Heureusement, après en avoir fait la demande à la réception, nous avons pu changer de chambre rapidement. Merci à l’équipe pour leur réactivité. Les chambres sont vraiment très bien. L’hôtel est ancien, mais très bien entretenu. L’an dernier nous avions une douche à l’italienne ; cette année, une baignoire. Les deux configurations étaient confortables. ☀️ Piscine extérieure chauffée : excellente surprise 2026 ! Très bonne surprise cette année : la piscine extérieure est désormais chauffée ! Quel plaisir de pouvoir se baigner en plein soleil dans une eau à 26–28°C en février. Un vrai plus qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Globalement, l’hôtel est très calme, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable pour se reposer. 🏋️ Salle de sport La salle de sport est très bien équipée : • Appareils pour le haut et le bas du corps • Tapis de course • Vélo • Barre de tractions • Haltères • Fontaine à eau Parfait pour continuer à s’entraîner pendant les vacances. 💧 Eau "
