Our tip: my-apartment24 (dot) de The location is impressive, everything is within walking distance: the apartment has 2 rooms, hall and shower room. Overall, it is well suited for 4 people: 4 single beds, which can also be made into a double bed in one of the two rooms. In the living room there is a modern kitchenette with a dishwasher! The apartment was modern and redesigned in 2017\. L'appartement est parfait, on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin, la literie est confortable et il est extrêmement bien situé pour des promenades en centre ville. Tűbingen est une petite ville très jolie et très agréable pour une halte de 2 ou 3 jours. Si l'appartement ne se trouvait pas le long d'une rue très passante ( impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes) et au rez de chaussée d' un hall d'entrée très sonore (porte qui claque en pleine nuit et comme l'impression que les gens, peu discrets, sont arrivés au milieu de notre chambre...) il aurait mérité 5 étoiles. Le prix nous parait un peu élevé toutefois, nous sortons d'un appartement 2 fois plus grand (3 très grandes pièces) dans un immeuble très calme en plein centre de Vienne, avec parking couvert et gardé sans supplément pour 20€ de moins par nuit. Pour le prix demandé, la place de parking pourrait être incluse. Autre détail, impossible de trouver les poubelles correspondant à l'appartement. Une série de containeurs dehors, tous fermés à clé et aucune indication à ce propos dans l'appartement! ##### stéphanie m. Everything was clean, and most things were in working order. The water heater was set to hand washing and not shower, The apartment itself is extremely sterile, more of a "crash pad" than an actual apartment. The kitchen isn't super usable for very much cooking - there's only a two burner stovetop and one of them is too close to the wall switch/outlet to be used with a large pot.There were no staples in the house, seasonings, oil, etc. If you are to try to cook it's going to be with whatever you bring in, not even salt.The front door to the building slams hard, every time anyone comes in or out of the apartment, and there is some road noise. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors pretty easily. The apartment itself has very cute pictures of scenes you're likely to find around Tübingen, but each one is the same size - and placed very exactly on the walls. Overall, it's not a "home"y feel - it felt more like university dorm than an apartment someone actually lives in. ##### Kevin M. Das Appartment liegt am Rande der Altstadt und ist absolut perfekt ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ist ebenfalls top. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die doch eher laute Straße, die direkt vorbeiführt. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist das überhaupt kein Problem, allerdings möchte man im Sommer nachts das Fenster aufmachen und dann wird es morgens schon laut. Und die Lage könnte nicht zentraler sein: wer nach hinten rausgeht statt zum viel befahrenen Stadtgraben, steht praktisch gleich vor dem Nonnenhaus. Séjour de 2 nuits en juin 2020 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Bernadette W. 5 mars 2020 Points forts : Propreté #### Modernes Apartment im Herzen Tübingens Sehr schönes modernes Apartment in altem charmanten Haus mit guter Ausstattung, inklusive Bügeleisen, Mikrowelle etc. Sehr gut isolierte Fenster, was wichtig ist, da das Apartment an einer sehr befahrenen Straße liegt. Wir fanden die Ferienwohnung sehr sauber vor. Es gab genügend Handtücher für alle Gäste, Seife usw war vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem, es gab sogar eine Klappmatratze wo wir unsere kleine Tochter schlafen lassen konnten. Das einzig störende war das Licht im Flur mit Bewegungsmelder. Und es gab ein Laken zu wenig, was wir aber bei Freunden aus Tübingen leihen konnten. Ansonsten schneller und freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Ausstattung ist einfach aber ordentlich, sauber und teils neu (Bad). Leider knallt die Haustüre dermaßen ins Schloss, dass dies echt störend ist. Die Lautstärke zur Straße ist ok, gute Fenster! Die TV- Fernbedienung hatte keine geladenen Batterien.
