Convenient to Tucson’s vibrant Downtown, the historic 4th Avenue district, and the University of Arizona. Near Reid Park with playgrounds, fields, dog park and Zoo.   
  
Dog friendly - the backyard is fully fenced for your furry friends, with outdoor seating and a Smokeless Fire Pit to wind down in the cool desert evenings.  
  
Wifi and Smart TV ready to go! Speaker connects by both Bluetooth and by AUX connection to plug in your favorite tunes. Kitchen includes all the essentials for home cooking with a gas stove, air fryer and gas BBQ grill outside. Laundry room has full size, high-efficiency washer and dryer.   
  
This home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath private residence. Works well for couples and friends traveling together, or for solo travelers who want some space.   
  
Bedrooms offer memory foam mattresses, luggage racks and ceiling fans. Main bedroom has a King bed & small dresser. Guest bedroom has a Queen bed & desk area.   
  
Coffee station features Nespresso coffee maker, drip coffee maker and french press available for guest use.  
  
Guests have the entire home/yard to themselves during their stay. Easy parking in driveway and on-street in front of home. Do not park in front of neighboring homes please.  
  
NOTE: Neighbors chickens like to visit the front yard from time to time. Guests must be nice to them and give them space as they cross and wander.  
  
Please do not allow pets on beds & furniture. Dogs only - No cats allowed. Message host if you will need a dog bed as we like the furry travelers that visit us to be just as comfy as the rest of the family. Dog bowls & placemat available for use.
