Please note: there is a full time tenant in the main house. The space \*Laundry is shared with the main house. This property also features a one bedroom studio with en suite bathroom. The studio has no kitchen, but does offer a coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave. The apartment next door has a comprehensive open kitchen/living & dining area, and a private bedroom with it's own bathroom.
