The condo was beautiful and located in the Catalina Foothills, just 5 minutes from Sabino Canyon. Views were stunning of the mountains and there were a variety of stores close by along with numerous restaurants. Given our longer stay, we greatly appreciated the well stocked kitchen for cooking. Located on the groundfloor, no stairs to climb, but you can hear neighbors walking upstairs. Having access to the outside is very important to us, and we really enjoyed the patio with a dinner table, chairs and nice views of the sunset. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils, and even spices. The property is slightly smaller and more dated than it appears in pictures. Needs some TLC. It had an ok amount of seating. Guest bedroom was comfortable . Guest bathroom needs to be looked at, the shower head wasn’t working properly. The property was not cleaned as well as I had hoped upon arrival. My biggest complaint was the towels were old and should be updated, but most of all the master bed is extremely uncomfortable! It felt hard as a rock. My husband I took turns sleeping on the sofa which was more comfortable. Also the quilt on bed has stains. Bedding should be nice and more of it. I have stayed at other vacasa properties and this one is a 10 for location and amenities but a 3 or 4 on comfort and cleanliness. Sorry, you might not want to post this. ##### yvette f. The condo is close to a grocery store, restaurants and of course Sabino Canyon. Spent 7 of the 9 days hiking the trails at Pima Canyon, Ventana Canyon and Sabino Canyon. Couldn't park our Truck in designated spot under awning to small but we found uncover parking. Jun 8, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location #### The Greens condo -needs refreshing - Jun 2025 We have stayed at The Greens condo community a few times and while we love the location to the Catalina Mountains, hiking and biking, shopping and great restaurants, this time renting this particular condo was disappointing. Living room carpet is Grundy and should be thrown away. Many of the walls need repainting, all scratched up. The hall bath towel rack is broke off the wall. The back patio had not been swept nor patio table wiped down (my husband did all that). Even though condo location is great, short walk to pool, the Condo itself needs some huge improvement. Did not feel like a resort like vacation with the condo really lacking and very worn looking throughout. Personally, We won’t rent this one again. Lori B. ##### Lori B. But the kitchen was dirty, there was an ant infestation that management declined to do anything about, they stinted on toiletries and paper goods — no trash bags, no laundry detergent. All false economy.
