Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests may smoke outdoors in designated areas only.  
Smoking indoors will result in a $500 extra cleaning fee.   
  
🐾 Pet Guidelines  
Pets are welcome, but must not enter the pool area for health and safety reasons.  
House-trained dogs only. TWO dogs max. $99 per dog, per stay. Dogs should be crated when left alone in the property.  
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times. If you do not clean up after the dog, and/or there is an excessive mess, an additional $200 extra cleaning fee will apply.   
  
🌊 Pool Use  
Please follow all posted pool rules for safety. No glass containers in or around the pool area. Pool is not heated.  
If glass, bodily fluids, or any excessive dirtiness is created in the pool, there will be extra charges for additional cleaning and potential draining/refilling of the pool with costs ranging from $500-$1500\.

Good enough in central Tucson. Hard to tell how sketchy the immediate neighborhood is - Tucson is like that. Place is very functional. Pool was fine, a little dirty. Kitchen needs some attention, but again - workable. Goof value.

#### Quaint and Comfortable

My stay in Tucson was very comfortable. The property had all the amenities I needed. I used the television’s Wi-Fi and the washer and dryer to clean my clothes. The check-in process was easy. There was extra room in the living room for a guest to come hang out.

#### Casita A 

The casita was very comfortable and clean. The location was very good. It was centrally located so easy to get to all of the tourist attractions and downtown. It is just down the street from the Botanical Gardens and Japanese garden. Close to shopping as well. Trader Joe’s and Walmart with in minutes. I was there for 6 weeks so having a washer and dryer was a real plus. Overall a very nice place.

I just relocated to Tucson, and your place served the purpose of transitioning. Although I have not been able to find a resident, the stay helped, I am still searching. Wish that places like these let people pay month to month, not putting payments up all at once. Just a suggestion!!!!! April
